    • what a waste of space these people are. my wife phoned for a taxi at 6.15 am to arrive for pick up at 6.45am. she received a conformation text to say it was booked. at 6.50 the taxi had not arrived so we called back to be told no booking had mean made.they must be the most unreliable taxi company ive ever come accross. extremely disappointed.would not reccomend to anyone in the future.

    • I called a 8 seater taxi a week before my wedding day for them to pick up important family members to take them to my wedding (I did state it was my wedding day and please not to be late) . When the wedding day approached there was no taxi even though they confirmed my booking earlier that day. This made me late for my own wedding thanks fosse. Only to find out that they had given my 8 seater to another wedding party. Nice. When we called to see where the taxi was he told us we needed to wait while he gets out of bed is this safe?? Will not be using fosse again thanks for making me late for my own wedding.

    • Swift Fox Cabs are hands-down the worst taxi company Ive ever used. I rang to book two taxis for ASAP. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, always talking in an exasperated tone and speaking to me as if I were stupid. She said the taxis would be 20 minutes. 35 minutes after I rang, the taxis still werent there so I rang back and spoke to a much nicer lady who explained that the taxis had been put down on the system to arrive at 2:30pm (I first rang at 1pm and asked for them ASAP). She brought the booking forward and said that they should be there within five to 10 minutes. 20 minutes after I rang for the second time, they still werent there so I rang for the third time. The first lady I spoke to answered again and said (without an apology for the delay) that one of the taxis was about five minute away and the other one could be up to 15 minutes. I cancelled the taxis and ordered Ubers instead, which arrived within five minutes. I will never use this firm again

    • TERRIBLE! we rang to see where the taxi was, first they said he is stuck at the NEC in traffic he will be about 5minutes. After 20minutes we rang again this time they told us that he is there, however he hasn't got the birstal cabs plates on. The taxi driver then said that he had been round once and waited but we weren't here. So not only 2 different stories but the taxi driver apparently knows what we look like. When the taxi finally turned up the driver was rude and argumentative, no apology just fun of excuses! No wonder this taxi service is so cheap it is because the service is appalling!
