I couldn't fault the service today. The driver was very polite and helpful. It was a very smooth ride to the hospital which I appreciated with a poorly patient. Once our appointment was finished and I phoned the office to return home, the driver arrived chirpy within 15 minutes. Again, he was polite and helpful throughout.

what a waste of space these people are. my wife phoned for a taxi at 6.15 am to arrive for pick up at 6.45am. she received a conformation text to say it was booked. at 6.50 the taxi had not arrived so we called back to be told no booking had mean made.they must be the most unreliable taxi company ive ever come accross. extremely disappointed.would not reccomend to anyone in the future.

As a member of a catholic school they did not come across as very catholic.

rubbish service rip off prices and rude staff ive stopped using them and now use the other taxi office on the corner of station street and london road ist much better cheaper and quicker

Wow great taxi company. If carling done taxi firms. Have helped me get my 18yr old son home late tonight. Other taxi firms said no but these guys understood that it is freezing temperatures out side and he needed to get home. Saved him a 3 hour walk in below freezing conditions. Also saved his mum a whole lot of worry. Thank you so much. They were also cheaper then other taxis were asking. 10/10 lads.

Booked a taxi for 0845, to catch a coach at 09:15 from St Margarets. 08:50 no taxi Rang the office told, he's on his way. Still no taxi. Then received a call from the driver, he told me that he was at the Royal infirmary. Rang the office again told me that another cab was on his way. Luckily my neighbour took us, we just caught the coach, unnessary stress Very poor service so beware of Beaumont

Absolutely despicable experience when booking with them for a return flight transfer from airport to home. Firstly the taxi arrived late, almost 45-1hr and given this the driver started loading the cases into the boot in such a haste that this caused severe damage to my case which means it is no longer functional. Having explained this to the driver he was absolutely defensive and in denial that the damage was done based on his negligence. In fact, he had the audacity to accuse me saying I had already caused the damaged and was putting this on him. It was past midnight going into early hours of the morning. As this point, all I want is to be warm and back at my own home - not standing outside the taxi arguing about this. Likewise, if this damage wasnt done by the taxi driver I would not be making such a big deal because it is not worth the time, energy, effort and even money. It is ridiculous that Beaumont taxis themselves have been absolutely awful in managing this complaint

never in my life have i had such a bad experience with any company as i have had with these thieves. want to be overcharged? want to give them a £20 and expect change of a £10? they will do BOTH at the same time. They will also leave you to walk some of the way home. It dont matter if you are clearly disabled or elderly either. If they see you struggling with your bags in the rain on a dark night in 1c temp,and falling over cuz its clear u need a walking aid. They will simply DRIVE OFF after being told this isnt where I live. So if you are a vulnerable old lady. and dont mind dying in the street.. book these drivers. If you want a safe and reliable journey home. AVOID THESE AT ALL COST

Swift Fox Cabs are hands-down the worst taxi company Ive ever used. I rang to book two taxis for ASAP. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, always talking in an exasperated tone and speaking to me as if I were stupid. She said the taxis would be 20 minutes. 35 minutes after I rang, the taxis still werent there so I rang back and spoke to a much nicer lady who explained that the taxis had been put down on the system to arrive at 2:30pm (I first rang at 1pm and asked for them ASAP). She brought the booking forward and said that they should be there within five to 10 minutes. 20 minutes after I rang for the second time, they still werent there so I rang for the third time. The first lady I spoke to answered again and said (without an apology for the delay) that one of the taxis was about five minute away and the other one could be up to 15 minutes. I cancelled the taxis and ordered Ubers instead, which arrived within five minutes. I will never use this firm again

Got charged £60 for taxi from Birmingham airport when it states on website £40. Car could of some with a clean inside. Won't use again

Every time I book they are late. No apologies ever and couldnt care less. Never using them again as they do not care at all about their customers. Avoid booking if you want to get somewhere on time. I used Uber for the first time ever today. They were on time and cheaper. I hope they go out of business.

25 mins late for a booked taxi from Birmingham airport 17/10/16 flight Lh958, driver had a collection of lame excuses and Lies . Gatwick a year ago , day early driver phoned me in Vegas hotel saying I'm outside of airport , when realised the mistake he went back , turned up late for proper time/date , why my partner keeps booking them I don't know ? Trust me this is the last straw , they are always late , she as used them for years and stayed loyal but not anymore , if you want a bad end to your dream holiday book queens

Have just been dropped off by Abdi, Driver 31, was such a friendly bloke, Ive had many journeys where the drivers are on their phones talking away and are not interested in having a conversation so I appreciate the customer service from him. I would definitely recommend this company! Thanks Jack

Disgraceful. Complaining on behalf of four individual people. I walk into the taxi rank that little building in the middle of the road. A lady was in front of me and she waited patiently, we all started looking at each other wondering why the guy in reception was completely ignoring everyone. He was so rude! The lady had to ask if it was ok to speak! He never even looked up or acknowledged her. The people were shocked how ignorant he was. I then tried to order a taxi for an inured girl and again not looking up he said no, I said look she is not drunk, not bleeding but does need to get to a and e, he still did not want to know. Finally I managed to get the lady to hospital but he spoke to her like dirt. After work I had a taxi and left my phone in a cab. I rang and a passenger answered and said, "we are just around the corner, we will bring it back now". But the driver said no.The girls pleaded with him but to no avail. Gone downhill recently and no longer reliable. We used them regularly for many years with no problems, but have had three bad experiences recently: on one occasion they failed to turn up to take my husband to the airport, on another their driver arrived saying he had not been told how much luggage we had despite us ringing twice to confirm details, and more recently they left us stranded at the airport in the middle of the night and when I rang them said that their driver did not know how to get to the airport without his satnav and had also had a flat tyre! I wonder if they have changed owner or management as they used to be excellent.

Really cheaper than black cabs drivers actually Talk to you and are very polite if you are in Leicester city this is the best taxi firm
