    • what a waste of space these people are. my wife phoned for a taxi at 6.15 am to arrive for pick up at 6.45am. she received a conformation text to say it was booked. at 6.50 the taxi had not arrived so we called back to be told no booking had mean made.they must be the most unreliable taxi company ive ever come accross. extremely disappointed.would not reccomend to anyone in the future.

Today I called taxi about 8:30 to take my son to the hospital he said 9 oclock available and I agreed with at 9 no taxi turned up I called again and he said I didnt book ur taxi I said why he said I thought u just asking for taxi available !!idiot man!!! I lost my control n said to him u should have listened properly.. instead of apologies he just put phone down?? Very bad experience. It was emergency n he just ruined my morning ( no hello,no thanks ,no explanation ,no apologies ,even they not let finish our sentence wt we trying to say ...     • Disgraceful. Complaining on behalf of four individual people. I walk into the taxi rank that little building in the middle of the road. A lady was in front of me and she waited patiently, we all started looking at each other wondering why the guy in reception was completely ignoring everyone. He was so rude! The lady had to ask if it was ok to speak! He never even looked up or acknowledged her. The people were shocked how ignorant he was. I then tried to order a taxi for an inured girl and again not looking up he said no, I said look she is not drunk, not bleeding but does need to get to a and e, he still did not want to know. Finally I managed to get the lady to hospital but he spoke to her like dirt. After work I had a taxi and left my phone in a cab. I rang and a passenger answered and said, "we are just around the corner, we will bring it back now". But the driver said no.The girls pleaded with him but to no avail. I waited an hour and a half and he dropped my phone back, I was so

    • Gone downhill recently and no longer reliable. We used them regularly for many years with no problems, but have had three bad experiences recently: on one occasion they failed to turn up to take my husband to the airport, on another their driver arrived saying he had not been told how much luggage we had despite us ringing twice to confirm details, and more recently they left us stranded at the airport in the middle of the night and when I rang them said that their driver did not know how to get to the airport without his satnav and had also had a flat tyre! I wonder if they have changed owner or management as they used to be excellent.

    • I called a 8 seater taxi a week before my wedding day for them to pick up important family members to take them to my wedding (I did state it was my wedding day and please not to be late) . When the wedding day approached there was no taxi even though they confirmed my booking earlier that day. This made me late for my own wedding thanks fosse. Only to find out that they had given my 8 seater to another wedding party. Nice. When we called to see where the taxi was he told us we needed to wait while he gets out of bed is this safe?? Will not be using fosse again thanks for making me late for my own wedding.

    • Swift Fox Cabs are hands-down the worst taxi company Ive ever used. I rang to book two taxis for ASAP. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, always talking in an exasperated tone and speaking to me as if I were stupid. She said the taxis would be 20 minutes. 35 minutes after I rang, the taxis still werent there so I rang back and spoke to a much nicer lady who explained that the taxis had been put down on the system to arrive at 2:30pm (I first rang at 1pm and asked for them ASAP). She brought the booking forward and said that they should be there within five to 10 minutes. 20 minutes after I rang for the second time, they still werent there so I rang for the third time. The first lady I spoke to answered again and said (without an apology for the delay) that one of the taxis was about five minute away and the other one could be up to 15 minutes. I cancelled the taxis and ordered Ubers instead, which arrived within five minutes. I will never use this firm again
