Can't comment on their timekeeping yet,but the lady who took my call was very polite and helpful.If they are on time and the minibus is spotless as promised they will prove a fantastic coice

Booked a taxi to collect my daughter from the trafford center and bring her home. It was dispatched immediately, the driver phoned when he was outside to collect her. Very polite and helpful, first class service will definitely use again.

Rescued me when the trains were on strike, getting me from Atherton to Manchester at a very reasonable price. My driver was friendly and the journey went smoothly. Happy to recommend.

Ordered a taxi for 7.15pm on a Friday, the car arrived on time. Looked and smelled like it had just been valeted. All good.

Was let down by another taxi firm for a pre-booked taxi to leigh hospital for my mum who struggles to walk. Phoned Super Cabs taxis and they were outside within 7 minutes, the chap was kind and helped her into the car. Drop off a similar experience. Can't recommend highly enough.

Drivers are thieves

Stole my phone after I paid a £50 taxi then handed it in to operator and they made me pay the full fare again in order to get my phone back!!!!!! Disgusting taxi company should be closed down

Dbl fare till 6 in morning. Route to destination exactly the same but price wasn't. Feel like my pants been pulled by this firm. Customer service non existence.

Use this service all the time. Only ever a 5-10 minute wait, very friendly drivers and cheap as well! Would recommend.

Pre-booked a cab for my daughter's swimming lesson for 4:10....lesson at 4.30. At 4.20 no taxi...I called to find out where it was but there was no answer - I can only assume caller id!!!...neighbour saw distraught daughter and offered us a lift - she got in the pool 5 minutes late for her 30 min lesson. Received a text saying your car has arrived, at exactly 4.30....the time her class starts...if my kind neighbour had not given us a lift it would not have been worth going! I called Avacab to advise them of such....the call handler...who I have discovered is the boss' son sarcastically stated without any hint of an apology "thanks for letting us know you no longer wanted the cab" In calm mono tone I replied "I pre-booked it for 4.10, thank you for letting me know it was running late" To which the fantastic customer service continued....in that he hung up the phone on me! Use Zcars! No issues with any drivers just call handlers! Straw that broke the camels back! :-/

Pre-booked a taxi for the school run for it to come 30 mins late and get told nothing on the phone except what do i expect it is friday.

I had a taxi booked for 7:10. I rung at 7:15 and was told it would be 3-4 minutes. At 7:20 I found my own way to work, as I started at 7:30. The taxi then turned up at my house at 7:40, which I find more insulting than if it hadn't turned up at all. Definitely won't use this company again.

Never use this firm, booked a taxi nearly 8 hours in advance, to Wigan NW train station It never arrived, phoned the firm and left messages, no one called back or texted. I missed my train and my friend missed his last bus home. Total disgrace.

I have NEVER been let down by this company. They are the only taxi firm who are able to take me to work any time I ask and have enough drivers to also cover their school runs, when I have no car. Reasonable prices. All the drivers are very friendly. I wont use anybody else.

30 mins late being picked up. I don't mind 5 or 10 mins but 30 is too much.

Phoned 14 times this morning (9am) in a vain attempt to book a taxi. No one answered. I can only assume they weren't open but I wouldn't know as there are no opening times online. Abysmal service if you can call it a 'service'. I ended up missing my train and walking in the pouring rain to the station.

What a bunch of tossers drivers ok owners jumped up pricks
