    • Most unrespectfull taxi service. I called today to ask about yhe cost and she sayed very angry * i dont know* and ended the call!!! I called back to ask her why she did that and she sayd i can book t a taxi but dont ask me anything! I have been never treat like this before. Agly person.

    • Waited an hour for an immediate pick up, they never arrived. Called five times each time was told it was "round the corner", eventually a snotty operator argued with me saying I had missed it despite being stood at the pick up point all that time. Could have got the tram with time to spare for a fraction of the cost. Do not use if you actually need to be somewhere.

    • Used to be really good now its absolutely poor. Now they don't even tell you when your taxi is outside and when you ring and ask to see where it is they say its bin and gone, this has happened 4 times now. Rang a taxi before they said its on its way and it took 40 minutes!! Never ever again am i ringing this taxi company
