Your taxi service is a disgrace. I booked my taxi at 7.30 am for 8.40. 8.40 i rang to see where it was to be told it was in traffic. The driver then told me when he turned up 10 mins late that the job had not been booked till 8.44. Total joke cant even do your job properly

charged twice for the same journey - the taxi driver arguing with you to say you need to pay him - it taking 2 emails and 2 phone calls to get a fare refunded - PLUS NO apology at all for ALL of this AT ALL!!!!

Driver was so rude and aggressive. And when I rand the office the operator was no help at all.

Found LA Taxis to be one of the best in the City would use again.

WARNING: JUST GO TO ANY OTHER TAXI COMPANY ! they gave me a price that was below, I even asked the taxi driver about the definite price as soon as i got in as I specifically told him how much i had. When we arrived I disputed it the taxi driver got very aggressive and said I HAD TO GIVE HIM MY PHONE! I finally got someone to lend me the extra £5 and i I LEFT THE TAXI AFRAID, TREMBLING AND IN TEARS when i closed the door. He looked at me and I said I needed my suitcase AND HE DROVE AWAY WITH MY SUITCASE ON PURPOSE! I just arrived from the airport to visit I am only a student and I had little money on me and only had what I was wearing it was 1AM. When I called the company the driver made A FALSE ACCUSATION OF ME SAYING RACIST COMMENTS! I had to get the police involved. It was outrageous and I hope that taxi driver has been fired because despite a few operaters being of no use saying I had to pay for the taxi to bring back my suitcase after hours, I finally had one operator who said she

almost had a crash with one of these, driving straight through a solid red light on Durham road, no sign of it even trying to slow down!

Hi, I would like to make a complaint about one your drivers who I have on cttv speeding in my residential cul-de-sac and proceeded to drive across my prive drive and onto my grass to get into the visitors bay, leaving tyre tracks all over my grass and the delivery wasnt even for me... The van driver was driving so fast my cttv could not pick up the Reg. But clearly see your company logo. There are lots of children in my street and thankfully they were at school. Oh and when he drove out of the visitors bay he drove over someone elses garden and there is tyre tracks there too. Highly unprofessional and i wonder if all your drivers promote your company is the manor.

Rude rude rude. Pre ordered cab was 45 mins late and when we made 2nd call to enquire where they were, we were told they had been and gone (we had been waiting outside for it) they then just hung up

Office staff within this company do not know how to talk to customers, I ordered a taxi for 8:50 for my girlfriend, it came at 8:35 when I rang to ask him to hold the car, he said no.

Dean Taxis in my experience do not appear to be particularly up to par when call outs are to places caring for the vulnerable and aged. They do not seem to grasp that customers at such places need a bit more time than usual to get to the taxi for all sorts of reasons. Perhaps a bit of training (if they do such a thing) in dealing with the vulnerable and aged could be of benefit to their business?

Pre booked a taxi tonight at 19:45 for pick up at 20:15 on the app. No taxi by 20:25 so I call them. The lady said I shouldn't have been allowed to book on the app as they were overbooked and running late. But I had booked and had a taxi confirmed. I gave her my confirmation number and she found the booking eventually. She said I can still get you one it will be 10-15 mins are you OK. I told her I had no choice so please send it. 20 mins later we called back as it hadn't arrived. At this point they said they couldn't find the booking at all and didn't have any taxis for another half an hour. Which would be 1.5 hours after we'd made the booking. We ended up starting to walk home and in the end my dad came to pick us up from his sick bed. The booking is still showing as confirmed on the app at 21:50. Appreciate it's xmas and they are busy but they shouldn't accept bookings they can't honour, it's completely unacceptable.

Was outside Asda Metrocentre when I overheard an abusive Dean taxi driver have a go at a promoter of a service - disgusting language and I have to question their safeguarding where kids and older people are concerned if this is the usual attitude of their drivers

I rang for a taxi yesterday at 9.30am enquiring if I could have a taxi to Burnopfield at 10.30am - I was told they werent taking bookings and to ring nearer the time ? I asked how much nearer 5he time did they mean as it was less than an hour already and he told me he couldnt say ! I rang Street Cars instead and they came no problem - I know which company I will be using in future and it wont be Dean Taxis - terrible customer service

Terrible experience over a year starting with being 20 minutes late for an airport pick up booked weeks in advance. The app also doesn't work constantly having bookings cancelled and then called by rude staff suggesting that it's my fault and that I've been called to say this when I haven't. The way they are headed can't see a future no respect for customers. Call staff have no manners which is a shame since drivers are generally lovely. Need overhaul of booking system as it clearly doesn't work and people managing it don't understand simple procedures like a pre booked important event shouldn't rely on a previous pick up finishing on time.

I have used this company on a number of occasions drivers have a good knowledge around Newcastle. Cheap rates aswell
