TAXI DRIVER RAN OVER MY CAT. BAD SERVICE AS WHEN I RING TO COMPLAIN I GET SPOKEN TO LIKE TRASH.

Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

used alert cars for years, they are the cheapest in Nottingham, phone staff are very polite and always try to help, never have to wait long and if they are busy they let you know so not just stood around waiting.

Absolutely shocking service. Waited 30 minutes for taxi from sainsburys no one arrived when I contacted them again the silly old mare on the phone stared screaming and shouting at me as if it was my fault. After calling back the manager said very little and released the call. Will be complaining to sainsburys and hopefully they will end their contract with them. Goodness to absolutely rubbish service

first class service from the cheapest company in the nottinghamshire area. the driver was clean, polite and well educated with knowledge of the area. pleased with the journey ,driver ,car and his fare many thanks

The service was good but the driver was driving slow and take a long road to get more money!!!

Very reckless driving - rushing out of a side road and proceeding to intimidate us to push us over towards the left lane when we needed to be in the the right lane then almost colliding into the side of our car because he did not appear to be concentrated on driving.

I have used Gedling cars for years, today i ordered a taxi, let him know on I would just be a sec as I was just rounding the kids up, as we stepped outside, the driver drove off, when I rang the office, he told me 'we ain't got time for you messing about!' Customer service at its best!! Needless to say we won't be using Gedling/200 cars ever again!! Alert came to the rescue, fast, efficient and most important, polite!! Got a big tip obviously!

Royal taxi service has been very friendly always for me! Drivers are polite, they have helped me move some bags to my house to! Fare prices are low to!

Never had a problem with this company. Reasonable prices and prompt service. They text you a link so you can track your cab. It's got the drivers name and their photo for security. One of the bigger cab companies in the area, so less likely to leave you waiting at peak times.

1st Time using D G cars, best service I've had from any taxi firm. Received text to confirm booking, text when car had been dispatched. Arrived on time, then had the most enjoyable journey. Sorry not to have got name of driver because we chatted & laughed such a nice change to have some-one so friendly. Will be using them again when I next visit from Yorkshire to Nottingham. Well done to all for great service.

Just used this firm last week, they was on time! The driver even gave me a hand moving some stuff to the car! Good service in my opinion the driver was very friendly made me feel comfy!

Appalling service-my father ordered an eight seater vehicle from this company giving them a days notice. 30 minutes before it was due he was told because of Ramadan it was not available but two cars had been sent. Four of the passengers were over 80. One of the drivers did not speak English, each car charged a different price£8 & £6-50 then drove a mile and dropped them at completely the wrong address. Resulting in the father of the bride an 87year old being late for his daughters wedding. Just awful.

Used DJM for airport transfers (EMA, both ways). Both drivers drove carelessly and came close to crashing on occasions. Driving style was inattentive with a great deal of harsh braking. Drivers unfriendly. One driver very rude. One driver offered no assistance whatever with loading and unloading our cases. The other driver simply threw the cases into the car boot. We tried this company because they are local but will not use them again.

Top standard of service. We booked 2 minibuses with My cars to take us to Alton towers. The price was cheaper than other companies we tried and the service was spot on.

Since a certain company got taken over ie begins with D. Now use these and they are fab! Use them when needing to get to skylink stop. Sometimes early morning - every time drivers have been smart and courteous and patient as sometimes have to wait for my elderly parents to meet them.

NEVER booking with these again. There app is not fit for purpose. We booked and was told it would be 18:11 got a text of them at 18:09 asking us to ring them. We rang and was told they had nothing till 20:15! Also was told the price quoted £8:50 wasnt the price we needed to pay its a £13 min fare. Never using this company again.

The driver was a little bit grumpy but then we were being a bit noisy. Got us into town and no probs overall.
