    • Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

    • i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

    • DISGUSTING SERVICE. 45 minutes late so missed our train (we booked a taxi for 1.5 hours before our train) They sent job to driver 10 minutes before he should've been with us when he was over 45 minutes away from our location!!! When phoned up the woman said "what do you want me to do, go and push him?" Absolutely disgusting service!!!! Wouldn't even give a star at all!!!!

    • I have used Gedling cars for years, today i ordered a taxi, let him know on I would just be a sec as I was just rounding the kids up, as we stepped outside, the driver drove off, when I rang the office, he told me 'we ain't got time for you messing about!' Customer service at its best!! Needless to say we won't be using Gedling/200 cars ever again!! Alert came to the rescue, fast, efficient and most important, polite!! Got a big tip obviously!
