    • Booked well in advance so I could arrive in plenty of time to catch a train and the taxi didnt show. Rang multiple times to find out where it was and the operator did not have an answer for me. Incompetent.

    • I ordered an Apollo taxi on Thursday 18th May. They let me down! When it did not arrive to pick me up, I rang them back twice. It just rang and rang on the other end and they did not pick up. Stranded in Sheffield. I would not chance it and use them again

    • I have used Apollo taxis a few times before.They are very professional, friendly and on time. I took an Apollo taxi to Wincobank this morning and unfortunately I got a City taxi back. The City taxi driver didn't know where he was going and charged me £3 more than Apollo. I will be using Apollo for all my future journeys.Will recommend to family and friends.

    • Ordered a taxi back from Chesterfield when I got in the cab stunk of cigarettes. The driver drove the car like a complete nutter undertakeing on the bypass and went well over 100 mph. I thought it was some kind of wind up.
