    • I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

    • They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

    • Even a 1 star is generous the bloke who picked us up was so rude and even took the longest route home to get the most most even when we told him to keep going he made a point of going completely off route just to make it more expensive, we ended up getting out and walking the rest of the way home cause he was trying to charge more than double what we usually pay, they try to take advantage of drunk people thinking they wont notice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    • Ordered a cab to pick up my son his Nan was waiting driver rang said his outside I said wait im looking for the money I misplaced when I came outside he had left I rang the station and got who I now no as the new owner who shouted at me the driver doesn't have to wait then wouldn't answer my call and when I walked to the cab station he was rude again and jumped up and offered to fight me (the joke was he looked like he broke a sweat getting out the seat)..well I'm sorry if I ask you to wait and your getting paid what is the problem I order from here 3/4 times a week but now it is a dive regular drivers have left prices gone up proper s**thole don't go there
