Extremely rude and idiotic staff

Booked a taxi early in the day for my daughter to get from a spots event to a show. I got a phone call a couple of minutes before the taxi was due to let me know they couldnt make it for the time Id asked because the taxi was miles away. Poor time management.

use them mostly as local taxi,from shops to home,they have free phones in supermarkets,restaurants etc which is very handy. They come quite quick and generally good service.

Good Stevenage taxi service.

These ARE NOT Baldock Taxies. They do not deal with Baldock-Baldock trips. I am not sure why they are listed as Baldock Taxies. I've called them for B-B and Baldock - Stevenage rides - been refused both. Apparently they appear at the top of google for Airports runs - this is misleading. I desperately needed a cab today and ended up calling these guys twice because of google dynamics. Frustrating and annoying. Market yourself properly please. Stop wasting everyone elses time in the hope that you get a golden airport run.

Complete rip off. Started the meter before getting in the car they then attempted to take to long route to the destination. Rip off. Do not use.

Very rude and unprofessional park on spots where they are not supposed to parked on parking permit holders spot only which is very bad and did not allow room for any space for me to enter and when I asked was here unprofessional and rude to me. Very bad taxi service overall.

Beware! This company is disingenuous and has very bad customer service. I booked a journey for my parents from London to Luton, which I then cancelled. Despite the cancellation was confirmed by the operator both on the phone and by email, I was still charged the money for the full journey.

Over charged. I checked with office they agreed done nothing... Do not use unless you want 1/3rd added on your bill

Dangerous and aggressive driving! Do not use! Taxi driver tail gated me and honked his horn constantly to deliberately intimidate me, after I had made an innocent turn at a roundabout (which only cut him off because he was SPEEDING) ... all this aggression , despite having my baby on board sign clearly on display. Disgusting.

Handy for town centre and Luton aiport. Fares into London are not bad. Some firms in Luton are frankly a bit rough so this is one of the 2 to use IMO.

This company pretended to be the taxi firm I had booked a job with in order to steal the job. Had phonecall from my actual driver 10 mins into job. Your driver refused to answer me questioning why he had stolen job. Really unprofessional and actually dangerous. His number plate was WJ14 DVU

Called for a quote and got awful service from the controller who laughed at me when I read out the postcodes for her reference, they go by road names which is fine (although the only cab company I know that does it this way) but to receive a patronising response is not on. I then filed a complaint to which I received no apology just a 'she didn't laugh at you as I was standing right next to her'. Not only was the response uneducated with bad grammar and spelling it was also unprofessional. I am about to begin a long period of work for which I would have used Welwyn North Taxis daily, not anymore, using Mick's Cabs who were far more helpful and professional.

Terrible, Central office were great, but driver of dark blue people carrier was awful

Terrible experience with this company. Not only did they turn up at the wrong place and then blame it on us, they took us round the houses and then charged us and extortionate amount for a short journey. I wouldn't recommend at all.
