    • Used many times over the past six years (due to 5star being the approved corporate taxi service) and the issues ranged from no shows resulting in an hours wait late in the evening after arrival at Gatwick, rude and unsafe drivers and dirty cars, to the most recent occurrence of overcharging by £10 on a short journey despite having received a quotation prior to travel. No resolution offered by 5star when I contacted them.

    • I booked a taxi 10 days in advance requesting a car seat for a young child. I confirmed the booking time and the car seat with the company on the morning of the pick up. The taxi was then late and arrived without a car seat. Incredibly disappointed, poor service and blatant disregard for the safety of customers

    • Terrible service for airport pickup. Driver was late, had to spend ten minutes on the phone negotiating to get him to pick me up in the terminal which is standard with all other services I have ever used, he complained repeatedly about having to pay for parking and could barely make himself understood in English, and did not take my bags. Called controller and was yelled at for complaining and told I was in the wrong for not specifying in terminal pickup. Never using again.

    • If I could give no star I would. Shocking from start to finish. Prebooked a taxi from Gatwick that arrived an hour late. When we called to complain to controller, a rude obnoxious man, said there was nothing he could do and put the phone down. When we told the driver about his attitude he said we weren't alone with having problems with the MOT. Don't bother using if you want reliable, prompt and friendly service!
