Thanks so much for easy booking, prompt arrival, lovely clean car and very pleasant driver.

Had a taxi booked to take my Wife and I home after our wedding. Taxi never turned up leaving us as the the only people left at the venue. Called for over 15 mins with nothing but an answer phone message which as soon as I heard told me this was a cowboy operation... Will never be using these idiots again! Neither will any of the family who live in the area! Complete incompitence!

Great service I have moved my whole account over from another firm always on time and happy to go beyond the call of a taxi service.

Appalling unreliable service.

Absolutely fuming! Pre booked for 12am! Didn't turn up, was rude on the phone saying he would be 20 minutes late, 12:50am waiting outside a pub by myself in the rain and still no taxi, phone him 8 times and won't answer the phone! Unreliable and rude STAY CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE! Useless!!!!!

Arranged a day trip to the Isle of Wight for my parents in their 90's. Naz and Jay were extremely helpful with my many queries and helped to address my concerns too, so I instantly felt very confident in the professionalism of the company. Mick was our Driver and was brilliant all day - arriving early, being very thoughtful about elderly passengers and their needs, chatted just the right amount and was even happy to take directions and ignore his Satnav! Fantastic! Elderly couple let down by another company booked to take them to Heathrow. I rang Baven and a taxi arrived within 25 minutes to take them and ensure that they got there to catch their flight to Australia ensuring theyre could get to see family for first time in three years.
