Unique Taxis had a 'one off' booking to take an elderly, disabled lady from the Joe Fagg Day Centre to her home, where she lives alone. The charge was reasonable and not only was the driver prompt, he considerately ensured that she was safely up some steps and into her house. It meant a lot to her.

Booked a taxi with United the previous night to go to the station and it failed to turn up, when I rang and queried I was told it would be another 15 minutes! Awful!

Picked us up start of the night, great service. However booked for collection at 11pm and still waiting by 11:30pm. No answer from phone and needed to book another taxi firm as did not turn up at all or answer phone line. Will never use again. Do not recommend

Do not use JJ Taxis if you have any children prone to travel sickness. I was charged £25.00 valeting charge for my 4 year old being sick in the back of the car after we informed the driver before we started the journey that they were prone to being travel sick and if that was a problem could they send another driver... He carried on with the journey under full knowledge that my child could have been travel sick, he initially tried to charge £40.00 but he "called the office" and they said "it was the fare plus £25.00". If you are single or a couple with no children then JJ Taxis are a fairly good company, however if like me you have a young family your best bet is to use anyone else.

Used to use this company all the time , unfortunately this is the second time theyve left us in Canterbury , just cancelled our taxi even though weve paid upfront , what a joke , not using again

Rudest taxi drivers ever! This company deserves to go out of business drivers have an attitude they drive around on a Saturday night and when they stop for you and ask where youre going and they just drive off, then when you finally get into a cab they drive way over the speed limit and have an attitude that absolutely stinks. This company needs to buck their ideas up......stay well clear of Arrow Taxis!

Horrible taxi firm - drivers are rude and have a terrible attitude. Would avoid at all costs much nicer taxi firms in Ashford!

Taxis regularly late and constantly fobbed off by telephonist as to why. Would only use these as a last resort. Would recommed a firm like Ashford Taxis who are at least realistic with their timings.

DO NOT USE RIPPED OFF phoned to ask for taxi from train station, told to wait 40 mins as no drivers!? then got in cab from same company and charged time & half what a JOKE

We called but there was miscommunication with the driver and the cab driver drove off, we tried to call to complain however we were met with swearing and th operated rudely hung up.

Absolute rubbish. Wanted to go from my house to the church. My usual firm couldnt do it at the time I wanted. Couldnt make out what they were saying. Wanted a cab at 6.10, got a call at 5.35 asking if I would like them then, I said no and rang back. Said on answering machine thst the cab was 7!minutes away. I went out at about five past and the cab was there. Didnt know where the church was and dropped me off fairlyclose. Card machine wasnt working so I had to pay cash. Good job I had some on me..Do not use.

Would like to thank Driver Rashid Number 11 for a pleasant journey was very friendly felt safe on arriving at destination he wanted to wait to make sure we was safe. Would have asked for him again but friends drove. I have kept number in case we visit Canterbury again. Thank you Rashid No11

Disgusting service from sexually inappropriate driver! Avoid this taxi company Driver asked for sexual favours instead of cash then when refused got threatening and I refused to pay him to which he told me he would report me to the police for not paying!

Terrible service with driver who was sexually inappropriate to woman customer. Threatening and abusive. She refused to pay because of the disgusting things he said and asked her to do. She ran home and he said he will call the police to report her for not paying
