I have used this company twice now and on both occasions they have turned up on time with helpful drivers and clean cars. Would definitely use again

Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

Really bad, booked with disabled needs explained this was assured of help, but the drive refused any assistance - so mean spirited - what a horrible company

Paid for group booking gave them a tip in advance big mistake driver miserable & wanted more money give Gilbert a wide berth.

A local family taxi company well established with a great fleet of drivers and nice cars. Polite, punctual and good value too.

Don't know about other users ...but booked SKY Cabs several months ago ....was cheapest quote I had ...driver on time ...and after all our Goodbyes ..waited for nearly 10 minutes and wouldn't charge more ...brilliant service and driver couldn't be nicer !!

Terrible service for airport pickup. Driver was late, had to spend ten minutes on the phone negotiating to get him to pick me up in the terminal which is standard with all other services I have ever used, he complained repeatedly about having to pay for parking and could barely make himself understood in English, and did not take my bags. Called controller and was yelled at for complaining and told I was in the wrong for not specifying in terminal pickup. Never using again.

It's rubbish the only reason I use it is because it's cheap. They once never even turned up and I waited 3 hour until the 1st train started running. And drivers end up over charging. Don't even use

If I could give no star I would. Shocking from start to finish. Prebooked a taxi from Gatwick that arrived an hour late. When we called to complain to controller, a rude obnoxious man, said there was nothing he could do and put the phone down. When we told the driver about his attitude he said we weren't alone with having problems with the MOT. Don't bother using if you want reliable, prompt and friendly service!

Very poor customer service. Extremely rude, they dont give u a chance to speak to them properly and theybtreat you like they are doing u a favor andbthey are forced to do whatever "service"

Worst customer service plus rudeness and no time scale even if you please I got work Im late please stay away from them they take your time with rudeness plus no customer care with full off cancellations

Worst service I have ever received , hit every trigger I have about being on a car after an accident to be told it was the office that told him to speed, but then to be told by the office I was lieing, over spoken at every point and no questions answered by phone staff Never use this service drivers and staff dont care about passengers safety in any way

Driver doing 50mph in a 20 and doing hand brake turn on corner rang taxi office and got told oh well we have your money all ready. FY62WOA OFFICE WAS RUDE AND TALK OVER US and on top of that said don't care and hung up multiple times NEVER USE AGAIN

Horrible horrible company. Let me down massively tonight. They do not value regular customers. Waited 75 minutes and did not get a cab. Disgusting cunts

my taxi failed to show up after landing at heathrow and after waiting almost 1 hour i decided to look else where, i found these guys on thomson local booked online one of their staff called me back to say a driver would be with me with 10minz, service was excellent, prompt driver would use again

Untrustworthy poor service Left my girlfriend stranded on her own for over an hour until 11:40 in Wembley even though she booked a cab for 10:30. She was in floods of tears as she couldnt get hold of them. Completely unacceptable service. Very angry and disappointed. Driver even admitted only getting the job 15 mins before picking her up. Will avoid completely in the future. One star is too many
