Poor Service, extremely bad customer service. Unreliable Taxi service. The people who answer the calls are rude, pick up so late, you report and she gives you chicky answers. Terribly inexperienced. The manager of this company should look at the customer support service otherwise he will lose customers.

Customer service is fuc*ing shocking, attitude is appalling and unwillingness to help is beyond a joke. Do NOT use this taxi company! 0 stars from me! Left me stranded!!

TERRIBLE. the drivers cant be faulted but the people who answer the phones every single one of them are rude and unkind. Not one ounce of customer service in the whole place. Just spoken to someone seems fairly new and he is the worst of them all !!! Monotone, doesnt even want to be there and the way he speaks to customers is absolutely appalling and just rude. Company is terrible

Appalling!!! Appalling !!! They are a joke !!y Their standard of service is totally questonable! Could you rely on a firm that does not guarantee to actually provide a service..unbelievable!! Can you imagine a firm that is so unreliable that you are worried that they don't actually pick you up at the stated time ,or wait you are seconds late...disgusted!!! H

Left stranded after booking a taxi home 2 and a half hours earlier... called when they were 15 mins late and was told they'd left 20 mins ago to pick us up. Called another 15 mins later and they made out like we hadn't booked... if I could rate 0 I would... DO NOT RELY ON CHEVRON

I booked a taxi to get to work on a Sunday morning. I booked it on Friday so two days in advance. When booking I asked for a price and was refused, was told the person I was talking to couldnt give out prices, but I booked it anyway as needed to get to work. I get the taxi on the Sunday morning and on arrival was asked for £48, but the driver rounded it down to £45. When I asked why he told me “Sundays are time and a half”. I explained that Id been refused a price in advance and he replied “well yeah because if they told you, you wouldnt have booked it.” Showing me that it was intentional. I believe this is awful service and feel like I was tricked out of £45. Never had an issue with Talbots before now and Im really disappointed.

Great friendly local taxis service for over 30 years nothing is too much trouble, you cant get better

A 7 seater just cut me off on the round about at the top of bowburn and has no idea about road positioning, looks like you driver needs to stake his test

Just seen one of their taxi drivers have a near miss on a roundabout in Sherburn then he chased down the other driver and appeared to threaten him. Not the kind of driver I would want picking me up

Called to take my partner to work. No sign of a taxi 10 minutes after pick up time so rang up. Was told 'i was at the right address but no-one came out' and when my partner said we've literally been sat at the window waiting and not seen anyone was then told they'd knocked and got told no-one with our name lived there,so there were at the WRONG ADDRESS but they won't come back and pick my partner up! Absolutely disgusting

Used for 3am airport run and againon return,very prompt and reliable
