    • Only given one star because none isnt an option. Phoned early Saturday morning to book a taxi for Saturday night, was told they werent taking bookings as they were trailing a new system and to ring for a taxi when I was ready. So later that night when I called for a taxi I was told none were available they were all booked up. I questioned why I hadnt been able to pre book a taxi earlier that morning and was made out to be a liar by the operating staff suggesting I hadnt been told I couldnt book one. When I gave them the time of the call and told them to check the woman began to speak over me and wouldnt let me finish before hanging up on me. The staff who take calls are often very rude and not very helpful. The same night my dad had a taxi booked with Blueline which just never turned up! If a taxi is late and you call to ask where it is you get the same answer every time you call that its just around the corner its 5 minutes away.

    • I have been using Blue Line for over 20 years and they have never let me down. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for me to get to the cab once it arrives and the drivers never complain. I often add in drop offs and they are fine with it.

    • City taxis let me down for my train having had a lot of prior notice.. I rung blueline and they were there within minutes.. very pleasant driver who couldnt speak highly enough of his firm. (This morning from church View @ 0650)

    • Arrived very quickly, driver was very friendly and the car was a nice ride, very smooth and spacey. Got us into town in no time and was really cheap, just a few pound. Will use again

    • Terrible!!! Will never use again and urge anyone else to do the same. Angry taxi driver who couldn't radio back to HQ to tell us how long the other taxi would be, when phoning city taxis ourselves we got hung up on. Blue line taxi's saved the day!!

    • Booked a taxi for 12:30am and was told price between £5 to £7 but needed a taxi. Received a text to say it was on its way at 12:40am. Had a missed call so rang company and got an automated message to say that taxi arrived, no sign. Called company who kept saying where the taxi was until he finally turned onto the street where I was being picked up from. Finally arrived at 1:00am 30 minutes late, no apology! Kept an eye on the meter and was £4.10 on drop off but when queried price of £5 then went on to show a reading of £5. Absolute rip off as usual taxi firm charge £4! Half an hour late, poor excuse of busy and should have been kept updated. Will never use again.
