This firms prices are good compared to other taxi firms they are the cheapest! They also turn up on time, have friendly drivers to! Provide a good service overall!

Terrible drivers who crash for cash. Went right up someones car then had the nerve to claim for injuries! Same driver frequently seen using mobile while driving! Reported to Bradford council.

Really rude male phone operators I have recorded the calls I have been making to this taxi stand Three times they have been extremely rude when I have called I had my 2 year old and 4 year old with me and I also had shopping bags. I explained to the phone operators the location of where I was (cafe in the same area code as their taxi stand) but for some reason they did not know where this popular cafe was situated. And both men just laughed and put the phone down on me Also when I asked for a seven seater on another occasion they tried to argue with me and just put the phone down on me

Absolutely appauled by the service. I will be posting on facebook and any other social media the atrocious behaviour/experience my daughter had today. Rude driver who abandoned a young lady mid journey despite her using the taxi firm at least 6/7 times a week. NEVER will i use this firm again and as i work in a local pub i will be sure to let all customers know!

Rang up and they was on time, if you need a taxi I would suggest giving this firm a call! Their fare prices are quite low and in the past when using them, they have been on time always.

Douglas taxi customer service is super poor and makes someone vomit. So disgusting and should be banned. Scheduled a trip about 10 minutes earlier. They were not picking up calls as agreed. The guy told me that customers don't know anything including me and I can't be telling him how to talk to his customers after delaying me for extra 30 minutes. He banged the calls. He sent a driver after 10 minutes and expected me to wait for the driver having insulted me. He had the effrontery to call me later that his driver told him that I canceled the trip and started threatening me again on phone. Even added that they wont give me service if I call for any. Imagine such careless talk. The guy is so ridiculous and nasty on phone. He is capable of slapping customers if he had the opportunity to see customers. He is an example of appalling service. I have joined the number of customers that received demeaning service from this end-time taxi company. Their drivers appear to be good though.

this taxi service is honestly appalling I will be 100% real with you I have been sat outside my house for approximately 1 and a half hours and the taxi still hasnt arrived this taxi ferm should be shut down. Absolutely terrible

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM OF COWBOY TAXIS. WASTE OF SPACE PAID UPFRONT FOR A RETURN AIRPORT TRIP BUT THE DRIVER DID NOT TURN UP UNTIL AN HOUR AFTER ARRIVAL.

Very unprofessional. Lied about time. Every single time they have been late. When enquiring how king operator gets very rude. Shocking. Needs to be reported to Bradford Council.

AVOID! I wonder where the driver got his license from. Very aggressive and rude bloke. Car was also a wreck and smelling pretty bad.

They are so rude and their attitude is appalling. They are never on time yet expect you to be waiting when they come, how can you do this when they never show up on time. I have used this firm and my family has for years, but the past year they have been horrific. They tell you to be outside at a certain time then are late, making you late for wherever you ate going and leaving you standing in the freezing cold or rain. So inconvenient and not what you expect from a tax service. 100 percent would not recommend. The people on the phone do not know how to operate good customer service skills and have also hung up in me numerous amounts of times.

On time very gd happy with service

Absolutely shocking this is now the 3rd time I have pre booked a taxi to arrive on time at Mt destination but yet again 3rd time still late. Pointless having a pre booking service if its not gonna turn up. Also the guy was very rude and kept hanging up because he couldn't tell were the taxi was. 0 *
