    • £10 for a FIVE minute journey to Chorley. If I had been going to town centre I would of understood but I didn't even go nearly that far lol???? And it was 30 minutes late. Laughable, they still expect you to pay full price for a crap service yet any other business in the world you wouldn't. First and last time I use these.

    • Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance and it didnt turn up. Phoned up and they had forgot I'd booked, said he'd have a taxi with me in 5 minutes. Had to ring again and eventually it arrived 25 minutes late. Dont bother using these, use metro or triple zero instead.

    • Called early for work at 10 acknowledging school rush and told ten minutes for the taxi at 9:18. At 9:43 called again to ask for time or i'll cancel and get another firm as work was a good 15 min journey. Woman told me it was on its way but hadn't received text, when I asked how long approx it'd be she hung up on me. Tried calling back and got declined. Taxi notification saying it's on the way came at 9:50 so it hadn't even set off. Ended up 15 minutes late for work. Would've just called a different company.

    • Do not use this firm, waited over 30 mins for a can, kept being told that it was around the corner and missed my train because of it. Had to wait 1 hr for the next train DO NOT USE

    • Rude taxi man picking up late after a wedding. Admittedly a rowdy crowd but not aggressive, just having fun. Don't work the late shift if you don't like people who have had a few to drink! Very aggressive and unfriendly.
