What's the point of booking a cab a week beforehand if it comes over an hour late?

Fantastic quick and reasonably priced

nearly an hour late and not a hint of an apology. not the first time either.

Do not use. Very expensive. I went 2 miles down the road and i got charged ?8. When i asked about the price i got told its because i was 'out of the area' i was in ledsham which is right next door from ellesmere port and their taxi office was only 2.5 miles from where i was getting picked up from. AVOID!!!!

Not half bad really even dropped us off where he wasn't supposed to stop.

Absolute awful! Asked to be picked up from Cineworld at 10:30pm as I went to watch a movie but the cinema was getting too hot and was steaming up the projector, delaying the film as a result I came out at 10:45pm to find no taxi and a rude voicemail saying I am barred from using their service because my phone was off (have they never been to a cinema? No phones allowed!) and wasn't there at the time I asked for. Leaving me to walk 6 miles home in the dark wearing black clothing. Unsafe!

I was recommended to use Chester Taxis by a friend in Chester. Their cabs are always clean and tidy and their drivers polite. I can recommend them to anyone wanting a taxi service or airport transfer.

As usual, excellent service, helpful drivers and perfect timing. Called asked for a taxi... I was informed that the taxi will be there in 3 minutes, exactly 3 minutes and the taxi was there.....satisfied customer and will always use it.

booked my journey online, it was very easy to book, as i had my quote emailed to me. the journey was smooth and made me feel protected as some people can get very anxious when they travel in taxis but in these cabs and with these drivers . I truly believe that this is the best taxi service in Chester noticed that the price of my journey was not expensive and was (In my experience) the cheapest I've ever encountered. Every time I have used their tais the drivers have been very friendly and reliable and their taxis have always been clean. They also have very competitive prices which is great especially for the fantastic service they provide. I would recommend Chester Taxi Services to anyone . THANK YOU CHESTER TAXIS
