Very disappointed with this service, I booked a taxi in plenty of time to get to my destination on time, to find out they had dispatched my taxi to the wrong road in a town 15 minutes away! They have made me late when I should have arrived in plenty of time. Taxi finally arrived at the time I should have made my destination. I had to call numerous times to get this sorted.

I booked a taxi several hours before, but it was still 20 minutes late. I needed to catch a train and had left plenty of time. Phoned up twice to be told first time it was on its way. It wasn't until I came off the phone the message pinged up - so I'm guessing they'd only just remembered. Rang again to be shouted at by the receptionist, saying that the driver was having to help an old person and did I object to that? When he arrived, it turned out he hadn't been helping an old person at all, but had driven from Bluewater, 20 minutes away, where he'd only just got the call. In other words, she lied. I missed the train I was aiming for. The one star is for the good driver, but sadly 4 stars taken away for her rudeness and inefficiency. Used to be a reasonable company but apparently the company's been taken over by a bigger one. Will not be using again.

Very polite staff, cars arrive on time and drivers are polite. Prices are very good for the service you receive.

Awful. I was told my taxi would be 25 mins at most. After 40 mins I called to chase & was told he was on his way yet tracker showed he was 15 mins away and travelling in opposite direction clearly on another fayre! So I had to cancel and was late for work. Do not use!!!

Local firm always used them friendly driver most of their drivers are now local residents, of Swanscombe area, I always support local business.

Taxi companies in swanscombe always turn up when they feel like it This company is the worse and drivers dont know where they are going I will be taking my money and custom to all night cars

Booked a cab in advance did not turn up I did ring to ask where is my cab, They did not have a record of my booking I had have to use Uber not recommended to anyone.

Will never use this company , My 16 year old daughter called this so called taxi company to book a taxi and said they would be 5 minutes , only for ring them back and for them to tell her they didnt even book it and tell her she will have to go to cash point with them rather then let me pay at the other end.

Ones things for sure about this place and thats the men are perverts. Not nice for a 25 year old to be chatted up by two different stinking men old enough to be my father. In absolute shock and taking this further. Any young girls Id advise to go elsewhere. Didnt feel safe at all. Vile vile vile!!!!!
