    • I ordered a 001 taxi from a Grays to go to the centre of Oxford on New Year's eve, and to return later in the night. Our house is difficult to find, but the driver (Aziz) arrived on time, called when close, and followed my directions. He was polite and friendly, drove well, and left us his mobile number to book the return journey at a convenient time. We left the club earlier than expected (The Living Room - it was terrible, but that's another review!), but Amir came back for us, and was waiting outside as arranged. An excellent service, and the best price we were quoted - even with the well deserved tip we gave.

    • Awful. I was told my taxi would be 25 mins at most. After 40 mins I called to chase & was told he was on his way yet tracker showed he was 15 mins away and travelling in opposite direction clearly on another fayre! So I had to cancel and was late for work. Do not use!!!

    • Absolutely awful service. Originally ordered a taxi for a return trip to an airport and they turned up on time. The problems started with the return trip, they booked us for a week later so we then had to get a local airport service at a very high cost. The person in the cab office agreed to give us the ?60 they owed us by dropping it off to our house but he did not show so we chased him the next day by actually going to the cab office to only find that they had moved premises. So we called again that same morning but the person (not naming names) said he could not help as his boss was not in to authorise the refund. We have now been waiting 4 days for a simple refund. Do not use this firm as they are basically thief's. Zero stars. I had to put 1 star so the post could be accepted.
