Very rude and unprofessional park on spots where they are not supposed to parked on parking permit holders spot only which is very bad and did not allow room for any space for me to enter and when I asked was here unprofessional and rude to me. Very bad taxi service overall.

Beware! This company is disingenuous and has very bad customer service. I booked a journey for my parents from London to Luton, which I then cancelled. Despite the cancellation was confirmed by the operator both on the phone and by email, I was still charged the money for the full journey.

Rubbish. Called them and booked Taxi. Which did not turn up, they never called back or answered my calls. Got very late for a urgent appointment. Customer service rubbish. Will not ever recommend or use again.

We had Abey as our driver who was quick & efficient with our booking. Great communication from him also. The fact he was very friendly & accommodating made the journey even better. We were down from Scotland visiting and Abey made it very easy to get around with excellent prices for the fares. Will use again once we come back down :)

Great company got me to Gatwick on time and at

doublecheck the price with the driver because over the phone is one price and wind you arrive there location probably will be different the driver he should check first, where hes going to not happen this again, very poor communication between the driver and the CallCenter

The drivers are incredibly rude and weird, put on loud terrorist report on the radio (it was very loud.) saying weird stuff like “there are more Asian people in UK than Black peoples.” Cheating somebody out of the money, driving so fast and reckless as if theyre going to commit a murder suicide when you refuse to give personal details about yourself, oh and their not done there oh no, they harassed you on phone in the middle of the night after their jobs is over just to upset you. They had some kind of creepy obsession with me when I was underage. I hope someone calls the police on these creeps and the cops do something about it because these men could be dangerous.

Terrible experience with this company. Not only did they turn up at the wrong place and then blame it on us, they took us round the houses and then charged us and extortionate amount for a short journey. I wouldn't recommend at all.
