the operator said that the taxi will be in 10 minutes. the taxi arrived in 1 hour and 11 minutes. I missed the meeting and lost a lot of money because of this. who compensates me for this? I do not advise anyone to use this company and will always leave negative reviews. it's just not respect for customers. the taxi driver did not give me a lift to the ATM to which I asked, but stopped me next to another, where I still had to pay an additional 1.5 pounds for withdrawing cash.

Phoned taxi nearly every morning always late drivers dont know where there going never mind barley speak english will not be usuing this company again!!!!

Atrocious service. Taxi 30 minutes late and cost more than 40% above estimate. Do not use this taxi service.

Prebooked via the app to be picked up at 00:30, called them at 00:45 to be told 15min. Called at 1:08 to be told cab cancelled as I hadn't answered my phone, when I challenged this as had phone in hand she couldn't deal with it and kept repeating the lie. Eventually said another car could be up to an hour which is unacceptable when prebooked and 2 females sitting outside SWG3 on a wall. Ended up flagging an independent and paying double to get home. Got a call from a driver at 1:47 stating he'd arrived but we were in the other cab by that point. Was happier giving the independent the money than this shower of incompetent cowboys. I feel sorry for the drivers who worked for reputable and reliable Hampden Cabs and will now be losing fares due to the inability to run a booking system or deal with customers.

Worst driver ever nearly caused a crash twice tried to blame other driver was verbally abusive to other driver who did no wrong swearing was rediculous dont ever use them drivers need training on customer service and road skills

Dont use unless you want to get stranded. Prebooked two weeks before an event and was left without any transport.Had to pay a black cab a fortune to get home.They are chancers.

Abusive driver with a horrible attitude. I had told him I would have the payment made once I arrived at the destination, as I did not have cash on me. However, he kicked me out in the middle of the motorway as I didnt have any money on me until I had to beg him while I was historically crying as my phone was battery has died and I had no other way of getting home at around 11.30pm last night. He finally agreed to take me and said if I did not pay the full amount he would call the police (which was unnecessary). Once I reached the destination and made the payment I gave him the money, that he overcharged me and then he throw the 70p change in my face like I was rubbish to making me feel horrible. I normally have good experiences with this companies drivers but this ishonestly the worst I've felt from a taxi driver while trying to get home in the middle of the night with no way of contacting anyone to find another option to reach him. Brain dead moron taxi driver, double parked, his door open, cars couldn't get past, when challenged, no apology just expletives! He is lucky is door wasn't taken off, putting him and his cab off the road!

Z cars dropped my sister at westburn cemetery at midnight drove away and left her,he was the last person to see her alive ,she was found the next morning,what type of man drives away and leave a 70 year old vulnerable woman in slippers and pyjamas on the worst night in cambuslang for snow why didnt he call his office or go back to my sisters house and tell them,they could have got to cemetery in 5 minutes,it is so hard to accept she could still be here with us if he had only told someone,our hearts are broken

Always unhelpful on the phone - drivers are nice but seems like there are few on the road. Why phone back in 30mins? Can't we just be put in a queue or book a time - gone to hampden cabs more often now.

Absolutely terrible The girls who answer the phone are really cheeky don't listen and so get the wrong pick up address

Would just like to say Z cars, are the best taxi service ever, so helpfull 15year old daughter was left at the Barrowlands tonight after a concert when she got split from her friends, called Z cars and within 1520mins she was home safe after the fast service off there lovely phone staff and drivers, i wouldn't use any other taxi service, if you want a reliable service then call Z car's. I honestly don't know where to start. They are an absolute disgrace. How can you have a taxi company and not provied taxis? Prebooking a car doesn't mean it will show up? Are you serious? Woman waiting for cars at all hours of the night and being told just because you made a booking days ago, doesn't mean it will be fulfilled. They should be ashamed and shut down or at very least, all staff retrained in customer relations and customer retention. Avoid if you want to avoid a headache.

Used app for taxi home from hospital but driver went to wrong place then gave me all sorts of abuse and didn't even take me home they're terrible

Avoid this taxi firm at all costs! I booked a taxi in advance using their app. The booking was confirmed, but did not show! I phoned the company up only to find out that there were no taxis available!! I missed the hospital appointment that I was waiting months for. App will be deleted from my phone. Im back up using Uber! Not professional! Avoid!

taxi took set of keys from glasgow city to Govan was charged £13 when i asked for receipt i was told he does not give them as company stopped giving receipts ?????????????? WHY

The cab was a little bit cramped for 3 of us but all in all this was a good cab journey and a very reasonable fare for the distance travelled.

Left me waiting for a taxi for half an hour. When I called to ask when to expect it roughly I was told I had only booked it ten minutes ago, which wasn't accurate as I had the call history in my phone. The woman cancelled my taxi because I said no, I booked it more than 10 minutes ago and am just asking when to expect the taxi, and she said "I can't be bothered with you I'm cancelling your taxi" and hung up. Called back and got similar responses from different staff members. Odd as I have used their service before with no hassle. Also got calls from their number 01698285000 and when I answered they denied calling saying "And why would I want to speak to you?". Peculiar company won't be dialling them again in a hurry!

Quick cab ride of several miles. We bypassed some of the worst traffic thanks to the driver's knowledge and I arrived on time for a business meeting.

Had a fantastic experience starting with the delightful woman on the phone, booked a taxi from bellshill to the hydro in Glasgow, was on time for both and an amazing price for the length of journey and the drivers were really nice, especially Charlie that picked us up at the hydro, had a great laugh with him and would be great if I ever got them again, an amazing experience.

Booked taxi for 8:30M as I had an MRI scan at the hospital at 9am. The taxi showed up at 8:55am which made me miss the scan Ive been waiting around a year to get. On top of that, when you call them they say masks must be worn in all our cars.. the driver who showed up had no mask and was coughing and sneezing uncontrollably he told me not to worry its not COVID its the cold. Well 5 days have passed and Im now LOADED with the cold and have to reschedule an operation I had on Monday due to this. Total f**king shambles of a “company”. I was told Id get a call back that day from the manager to complain.. Im still waiting.

Called an hour before hand to book a taxi for 14:45 as I have a train to catch, still no taxi by 14:53, so I phoned to ask where the taxi was and how long they would be as I was going to miss my train. The woman in the office wouldnt provide me with an ETA and was rude. Not the first time this has happened, they might want to get more polite staff especially when a taxi is ordered for a specific time and does not show up.

Poor customer service have left two reviews in Jan 18. Stating the poor level from female phone staff. Which have been deleted. Funny how the truth hurts. Taxi driver are good. Lost my weekly custom. Will not be back
