    • Worst taxi company in Basingstoke order anying thing nere 12pm they say thay can't do it till 1 am rude staff on the phone as well and will lie though there teeth there is only 1 taxi company in Basingstoke delta cars cheaper and want to help you un like greedy alfa cars

    • Used this company for a couple of airport journeys recently. Minibus arrived on time, clean bus, driver Mark very pleasant and drove very professionaly with no dramas. Overall excellent service

    • Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

    • I was in the train when i search for a taxi service from Ash Vale train station, i searched the internet and found Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers online. I called the taxi number and a guy promptly answered the phone, i told him that i am due to arrive in Ash Vale train station in an hour and that i needed a taxi to bring me to Aviator hotel. The taxi operator arranged my pick-up, i received a text update with the details of the taxi that fetched me. The taxi company in Ash Vale arranged everything for me.

    • We hired the taxi service of Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers in Aldershot and the whole process was easy, the booking confirmation was sent as promised and they sent constant communication all through out. Had a peace of mind and that is priceless. Excellent taxi service that i will not hesitate to use and refer again and again, you should try their service and you will know what i mean.

    • Absolutely terrible customer service! Booked a taxi over the phone girl obviously can not listen properly as she sent taxi to wrong location.. Poor taxi driver who made a run for nothing just cause the little girl was trying to point score, phoned back as been waiting only for laughter to be heard. Absolutely terrible and the taxi driver ..well let's just say he had a face of a slapped donkeys xxxx. Silly and sad don't wastevyoir money!! Lesson to learn customer service comes with a smile and politeness.. Evidently more training needed
