The booking was excellent(Rick was very helpful, courteous and beat the lowest quote I had, whilst actually taking note and consideration to arrange an appropriate driver for my elderly father too!)The lovely driver was on time, very helpful,kind and patiently waited and assisted my father too. Will be using again and highly recommended

Really bad, booked with disabled needs explained this was assured of help, but the drive refused any assistance - so mean spirited - what a horrible company

A local family taxi company well established with a great fleet of drivers and nice cars. Polite, punctual and good value too.

He is an asset to the company his approach and amazing attitude lower my stress immediately he was so informative and accommodating & the rates are very reasonable. Unreliable. We called a day early for a ride. We called again morning of trip to confirm. Our taxi was 20 minutes late and to make matters worse we had to stop for gas on the way to Heathrow. It may not have been our driver's fault, perhaps he wasn't notified. Nonetheless it make our trip worrisome. Our driver was courteous and very quick at the gas station. I would not trust this company again.

Early morning, I booked a people carrier taxi for a long round trip: From Northolt to Romford to Greenford. Our pleasant driver arrived on time, with clean people carrier. Took us straight to Romford with a comfortable journey. He was very patient & helpful whilst waiting for us to collect an elderly passenger and their belongings. Stopped off for us to pick up lunch, then took us all to Greenford. Did not complain, nor make us feel rushed at any time. When we arrived at Greenford, our driver helped us to unpack our items. Would definitely recommend Carriages to others and use them, again. Thanks.

Have used this cab company for years to take me and my cats to the local vet. Unfortunately, my last 2 rides have been very unpleasant. Had the misfortune of getting the same driver both times who believed my cat (secure in their carrier) would cause him to lose future rides due to their fur causing allergy problems. I'm assuming this driver would not take an assistance dog either. Sadly, I will not be using this company again. If you find my cats disagreeable you will not have me as a customer.

Booked Just 2 hours in advance during Airport journey. It was not easy to find a cab but with them I found one. A bit expensive but this is Best in Northwood. Saqib was a great, precise, on time and kind driver. The car was really clean and even a great car. I Just recommend them to give more attention to communications. I booked at 21.00 pm and was wondering if the taxi really would Arrive on time to take us to Stanstead. I contacted them via the websites chat. This way I had the confirmation everything was fine. Payment via App available. Anyway all Service are really good. Thanks Diamond Cars.

Terrible service. Repeatedly late in picking up from the airport They don't even have the courtesy to inform about any such delay. Avoid at all costs.

They couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery. I waited for 2 hours and no one was able to tell me what the hell was going on. On 3 seperate occasions they promised to call me back and on 3 seperate occasions they failed. Finally, they agreed to charge me 'only' £20 for the inconvenience and said they'd let the driver know. On finally getting home, the driver had no idea about this arrangement and expected me to pay full price as well as the cost of the car park (which no one had told me about). In refusing to pay it was the driver who lost out and not the morons in charge. When I was arguing over the price with them, they actually threatened to cancel the booking if I didn't pay full price. DO NOT USE DIAMOND CARS. You'd be better off taking public transport: it's cheaper and more convenient, wherever you're going.

I have used HEC many times and have been happy with the service received from the excellent drivers, until... A cab was ordered to pick up my wife and I from Paddington station. The cab arrived on time but from then on everything went downhill. The driver was driving to close to vehicles and on 3 occasions had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. In doing so we were thrown forward in our seats causing the seat belts to really bite. He did apologise after we had remonstrated with him about his terrible driving. We thought at one time that he was falling asleep and we asked if he was tired but he told us that he was putting drops into his eyes due to irritation from hay fever. He was also playing with his phone and drove all the while with his trousers undone, not the sort of behaviour one expects when hiring a cab. When arrived at our destination he left the cab and decided that he would do up and zip up his trousers. We told him that we were not happy with his driving.

DO NOT USE THIS HORRENDIUS COMPANY!! ALMOST ABUSIVE DRIVERS AND THE TEAM AT HEAD OFFICE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE AWFUL PEOPLE AWFUL SERVICE AND A SCAM!! Over charged as well and then do not acknowledge drivers

Pre booked a pick up from terminal 2. Driver was 30 mins late. Was quoted £23 but they then added a parking fee which wasnt included in the price. After traveling for 24 hours 30 mins is a long time to wait.

Great service, polite well dressed drivers, clean cars. Tick every box for us as a comany and us as a family!

Been using this company for years. Lately the telephone operative has been displaying an Extremely nasty manner. The phone was hung up twice after answer, when l called back was told, " can't hear" very abruptly hung uk again. I called back & was told no cabs available. When l mentioned his mannerism, and asked for a manager was just told rather rudely no one available & hung up again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Over the years it's gotten worse. I will not be using this service again & will definitely be spreading the word. Your customers make or break your business! Never forget that! Very nasty phone manners. No decency! No training ! Shame on you!

The driver arrived 25 minutes late -no apology. Grunted at me rather than saying hello or checking my name and the car smelled badly. Not only was there no perspex to protect passenger and driver in these covid times, but the driver was not even wearing a mask, which I thought was mandatory The driver was rude and shouted at me when I opened the window to orotect myself with some fresh air. His whole manner was arrogant, abrupt and and rude.. Will never be using Fleetline again especially as this is not the first time ive experienced issues with them. I rang the next day. The man who answered was also rude unprofessional talked over me and didnt take the issues or my upset seriously.

My aunt used this company to travel from a location in Pinner but will not be using them ever again. The driver did not know the area at all and despite using the sat nav ended up miles from where they needed to be. My aunt then had to direct him to the correct area. He then tried to overcharge her which resulted in a phone call having to be made to the office to clarify the original price quoted. And if that wasn,t bad enough he then refused to take her card as payment insisting on cash. My aunt is 75 years old and the whole experience was very stressful for her so we would definitly not recommend this company
