Jake's Cars are a local taxi service near me and were recommended by my son. I use them on a regular basis as I have some trouble walking. The service they provides brilliant. The lady that answers the phone, Debbie, is very nice and the drivers are smartly dressed, friendly and always turn up on time. I would recommenced them to others for the great service.

Jake's Cars are a local taxi company to me that I have been using for a few months now, and the service with them is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and they always turn up on time, if there is any reason they may be a little later than expected they let me know which is great. I cant fault them at all and would recommend them to others.

Got a taxi just now location. Was a straight road down 1 mile and cost £9 started at £5.30. Before midnight how can these charges be charged. Have had your same company charge less for the same journey. Still gave your driver £10 but dont understand the extortionate prices

I called the company that I have been using for 5 years to ask for a cab. I was told that the company was to busy to send me a cab. I asked if they knew of an alternative number and they hung up without warning. No customer service whatsoever.

Taxi to Gatwick airport- 12 year old taxi not fit for purpose. Dirty scruffy, dangerous pulling on the motorway. Driver was scruffy too - never again

Booked a taxi last night from haywards heath hospital to brighton driver arrived quickly, reasonable fare, fantastic service.

Booked a taxi through website from Lindfield to tulleys farm in Crawley early in the morning driver arrived on time with nice car. Friendly and chatty driver. Over all exprience is very nice

Do not use this firm, cancelled despite booking weeks in advance. Gave 1 star as no option to leave none. Left us with no transport to and from wedding

they were very polite and punctual.

Driver late, pickup from brighton going to three bridges, driver was doing nearly 100mph on the motorway (I filmed it). Was told a price on the phone ?35.00. When I got the other end, driver literally was hassling me for more money !!!! And wouldn't give up. I refused, paid the ?35.00 and left. Really poor unrealiable company who don't actually care even when you phone with a complaint. From memory, roadrunners back in the day were great but now I would pay the extra and go with someone else!!!!! Shane !

Great if you just need a taxi, pre booking ie to get to work or an organised event don't bother! Always late despite booking the day before!

Late Every time I've used them from my Fathers local address. Final straw today, Over 30 minutes late and I missed my train, despite booking the car 1 hour before pick-up. Driver was subsequently messing around with Sat Nav and nearly put us in a ditch. Please avoid. They will be late.
