    • This taxi service i used for many years. could not fault them, but they have now changed hands only yesterday. The price is extortionate now and it makes me sad they are being unreliable it is sad to see such a great firm being bought over by car 2000. Such a shame and have now lost my families loyal service over the past 10 years.

    • Filthy waiting room, unhelpful controller - 5 minute wait became 30 minute wait - grubby taxi with unknowledgeable and unhepful drive. A generally poor experience and I suspect the only reason they have any customers is that the are the only operator at lovely Castleton!

    • I asked for an estimated price, gave my post code and was told my trip will be £20, when I got in the taxi the driver said no to me giving him a post code after which I had to give him directions on how to get to my destination at half 4am when it was pitch black. I was then charged £34.20, after contacting the department I was told it was maybe my mistake, maybe theirs. I am absolutely appalled at the state of the service I was provided with, no apology, the driver said nothing. I will never be using this taxi service again.

    • Awful service. Worst taxi company ever. Taxi driver would not pick me up from the correct airport arrival terminal despite my booking. Airport runs and pick ups by Tiger are a big con in the way they are presented to customers. Tiger do not care nor listens to customer feedback, disgraceful service and an embarrassment to British Pakistanis all round....I can say for sure as I am British Pakistani

    • Shocking service they left my 70year old grandparents stranded in Manchester. We pre booked the taxi 72 hours before hand. When we rang to see where they were the woman hung up. Ended up phoning a Manchester firm who pocketed the ?25 journey back to Radcliffe.

    • Absolutely terrible, said a taxi would be 5 minutes, 25 minutes later and I'm still stood in the rain waiting for the taxi, so then I ring the taxi firm only to have the phone put down on me by the woman, I ring back again and ask to speak to the manager, the woman was very rude and refused to put me through to her manager at all, then put the phone down again because I apparently swore, which I didn't, Then when the "taxi" did arrive it wasn't a taxi at all, it was a minicab when I specifically asked for a taxi, taxi was unclean and dirty and the taxi driver kept coughing all over and not covering his mouth, to top it all off the driver tried to charge me ?6 for going 1.5 miles, when I've used taxis to and from the same destination which usually come to around ?3.70

    • Worst taxi firm. I usually pick my son up but I had an emergency so phoned globe to pick him up. They refused to let him in as I was paying for it at this end so they have left my child in the pitch black, would not even give him another taxi number and told him that no taxi would pick him up without the money up front. I phoned the office and a very patronising woman who insisted on calling me darling answered and told me as a responsible parent I should have made sure he had money then tried to tell me the police have advised them to do this. Well I'm not sure what their usual customer is like but my husband is a police man and he doesn't believe they would have been told this. Do not use this company the least they could of done was give him another cab number then the woman on the phone how dare she question my parenting skills. Emergencies happen that's why they are called emergencies darlinnnnnnng!!! Thankyou cosy cabs come to the rescue!!!

    • Dont think ill be belling these again, i got one driver who couldnt speak a word of english, n its kind of annoying i accidentally left my phone in his taxi, so i belled it so the driver would hopefully answer, he only drove up the street, like a minute away from my flat and charged £2.50 to bring it back!!! the audacity thou no consideration or respect!!

    • They are supposed to have so many drivers but you can not get a taxi from 8:45 to 9:15 as they are to busy and on Friday prey day what a nightmare , but ring a small company like Motown in Shaw they can get you a car straight away not a satisfied customer

    • Poor customer service, not on time. Some drivers are very nice and drive well but others drove very erratically and unsafe (undertaking on the motorway). I was a regular user but since Cartax has been taken over by this company the prices have increased by between 5-10%. I won't be using them again.
