    • As with the other reviewer, I have consistently been let down by this company and am an equally disappointed customer. On several occasions, they have not sent a taxi even though I have clearly made a booking. Calling into their office, it sounds like they have no clue what they're doing and are full of unconvincing excuses. If you're lucky, they will eventually send a taxi but if you actually need to get somewhere at a specific time I would recommend choosing a different company. Very poor service indeed.
