I have been using Gilbert's over 25 years now.

Really bad, booked with disabled needs explained this was assured of help, but the drive refused any assistance - so mean spirited - what a horrible company

Always provide me amazing and reliable service. Much better than the other local firms. Highly recommended

Paid for group booking gave them a tip in advance big mistake driver miserable & wanted more money give Gilbert a wide berth.

A local family taxi company well established with a great fleet of drivers and nice cars. Polite, punctual and good value too.

Taxi late,quoted 10 minutes waited over 30 told by dispatcher that it would be in a couple of minutes when I phoned back ,missed train.... Driver was unable to speak English legibly , went long way to destination and tried to overcharge me. Used company 1 more time with similar results .... SO NEVER AGAIN .

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FIND ALTERNATIVE SERVICE. DIABOLICAL SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Booked a cab 30mins in advance. Received a confirmation text for 7:15am. No car arrived called at 7:20am to be told its been cancelled and driver is far away. No text. No call....Nothing . Incredibly late for a crucial appointment that may now be missed making me look tardy. For a better experience Use alternative like 711 or book your UBER. This company doesn't value customers or customer service.

Very rude driver, didn't know where he was going, I didn't feel safe, in my opinion he should not be on the road. Will never use again

I've used Station Cars for a few years; they changed hands. Today, the driver had a melt down, screamed at me. I called the company, who's response was to ask why I was screamed at. The ins and outs don't really matter, I can't use a company I simply do not feel safe with. Give these jokers a miss.

Its like playing roulette. Sometimes your number comes up and the taxi is there on time. Other times you are waiting in a dark isolated car park at Langley station for the driver to turn up. Constantly being told that your car is on its way The best Ive experienced so far is being told that there are no cars available and then when i asked about other cab companies that I could use, I was told that he didnt know. I cant be the only one who called for a taxi this evening and more importantly which taxi firm does not know its local competition! Dont use unless youre desperate! And even then, if its safe to walk - walk!
