Ordered a taxi from this firm at 9:30pm and said we were priority, two and a half hours we waited and had to leave in the end walk and jump a bus and missed the last one so had to walk again 1am I got home, definitely dont recommend and will never use this company again.

Came to get a taxi thought the service was very good! The driver was on time, very polite in the car and talking to me through the journey back home,impressive service!

Prebooked a taxi for 8.30! They kept their word and the driver arrived on time! Was taken to work on time so pleased with their reliable service.

Called up for a taxi, they was on time with their service.Price for the fare was just about right,driver was talking through out made me feel comfy, overall friendly service.

Got told it would be ten minuets gave up after half an hour and called someone else

Meet and greet service at the airport saved me the stress of having to worry about getting home after a long haul flight. Driver was polite and offered fresh bottled cool water on the drive home. Pleasant drive home as im usually a bad passenger. Would definitely use this service again. Competitive rates too. Bonus A*

Thursday 24th Feb - Failed to send a cab for my Aunt and Uncle to get to their great-niece's 24th Birthday because they were too busy when they took the call and forget to book it in, meant they arrived half an hour late causing complications for the restaurant handling a party of 11 people. Friday 25th Feb - Despite booking on 21st and confirming TWICE after that transport for 8 people in in an 8 seater, or if that was unavailable 2 cars, for THEIR suggested time of 12pm pick up and knowing this was for my Mum's funeral failed to send transport and when contacted advised it would be another 15 mins. Had to phone the funeral directors at very short notice and arrange for them to pick us en-route to my Aunts house as opposed to meeting us there. Definitely not what I needed at a time of grieving. Absolutely shambolic, unprofessional and unreliable service.

Left our daughter stranded in the middle of the night when her card was retained by a faulty cash machine. When I called independently to try to find a solution to bring her home safely they were completely uninterested in helping.

Worst taxi company Ive had to deal with, arranged a taxi earlier in the day and didnt get a phone call when they arrived. Then went out to talk to the guy to check if it was our taxi and he told me he was taking a different job exactly 5 Mins after the the time we ordered it for. Rude taxi driver and still sat waiting for a taxi we ordered 45 Mins after of its original order time. Wouldnt bother getting a taxi unless you want to be left stranded

Used twice today and on both occasions there within minutes and lovely drivers....price fair...excellent service not much more I could ask so thanks x

I would not use this taxi company - the handler was incredibly rude and aggressive - unfortunately, this taxi company appear to have the monopoly over the Wirral - despite this, I would not use them
