i writing this on behalf of my 80yr old disabled mum she had an awful experience with u last wed night 29th march she went to orpington tescos was dropped of with one of ur drivers and had a return booked for 45 mins later she waited taxi didnt turn up after 45 mins plus she waited 45 mins rang and asked where it was they cancelled it because they said she wasnt there she was there u just didnt bloody look she.s severly disabled cant walk far everybody seen how distressed she was and helped her even an ambulance driver offered to help her but thankfully a lovely man and his wife took my mum so thanks for ur crap service if thats how u treat ur customers u can stick ur so called service where the sun dont shine so she wont b using ur service learn to look after ur customers because without them ur have no job disgrace should b ashamed of urselves to treat an 80 yr old disabled lady like that

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

Jake's Cars are a local taxi service near me and were recommended by my son. I use them on a regular basis as I have some trouble walking. The service they provides brilliant. The lady that answers the phone, Debbie, is very nice and the drivers are smartly dressed, friendly and always turn up on time. I would recommenced them to others for the great service.

Jake's Cars are a local taxi company to me that I have been using for a few months now, and the service with them is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and they always turn up on time, if there is any reason they may be a little later than expected they let me know which is great. I cant fault them at all and would recommend them to others.

Taxi phoned 5 minutes before due to arrive and put the price up £60. We had to get to a wedding so had us over a barrel. Then didn't turn up for another HOUR!! Liars, thieves, exploitative do not use!!

Booked with RH10 very early in morning to Gatwick Turned up on time good service. Disappointed they were not available to collect us upon our return!

Travelling back from London late last night. I called and made a booking in the morning and mentioned I was not sure of exact time coming back +/- 15 mins. Politely informed it would not be a problem, just call and we can change it when you are on the train back, I was informed. So I call from the train to advise the correct time, the chap the other end was so rude, arrogant, aggressive and totally unhelpful. When I explained I had mentioned that I was unsure of correct pick up time. He launched into one saying that I should not have been told that and there was nothing he was prepared to do. I have phoned their office this morning and relayed everything that was said to me and told it would be dealt with but I have no guarantee anything will be done. I got home in the end but it was hassle. My thoughts are if this was my daughter, wife or a young person travelling that had made arrangements to be left alone with no help whatsoever it would be extremely upsetting.

Carline Taxi is always Reliable. It Never late. I i get that taxi every week to work. They are so friendly I do Recommend it. I would loved it 10 stars

Awful. Pre-booked can failed to arrive, and lied to by dispatchers

I went for Western cars for a change because of the cheaper price.I had a booking done online to go to the airport. The driver showed up 30 mins late, though i called several times and the company kept saying the driver is minutes away. Never received any warning or information. Ended up missing my flight because of this. Bottom line. Not reliable. Can only advise against it

This is the worst taxi company I have ever used! I rang a month in advance to take 31 people to Lingfield Races from 3 pick up points. We were told that we would get mini buses...only one 6 seater arrived and the rest were cars. They were nearly half an hour late picking us up...and didn't send enough cars so some people were left behind and had to wait another 20 minutes for another car to arrive making them nearly an hour late! The driving was pretty horrendous on the way there. They were completely unorganised! I rang them during the evening to double check that they were picking us up from the correct meeting point which they confirmed that they were but they didn't turn up leaving us all stranded at Lingfield! When we were trying to ring them to find out where our taxis were they either didn't pick up the phone but when they did they just hung up on us. We had to find our own way home which was a complete nightmare! There were also lots of other people that had booked cars with th
