terrible service , made us wait 45 minutes from Mri hospital and was rejected by many of the drivers because it was local fare. Never ever will i use them again.

Absolutely awful!! **BE CAREFUL with this company** as I was in a Rush to get home due to a family emergency second time ever booking with this company I was told 10mins wait when booked called to confirm, called 15mins later as app wasn't tracking a car, told 15 mins, called again told still trying to find me a car. After an hour I called new moon they turned up in 5 minutes! I then got a text message staying they are "don't bother booking again we're black listing your number and share this with other companies" I have never had a problem with a texi in my life and left feeling very upset.

They turn up quickly all the time, never let me down! So reliable!

I never leave bad reviews for businesses but on this ocassion the service provided has been so shocking I felt compelled to tell others so they do not encounter the same unprofessional experience. I booked a taxi 1 week in advance for an airport transfer at a fixed rate of £28. (This already included additional airport fees of £3 as discussed). This was confirmed once again when phoning upon the actual day of reservation and with the taxi driver himself on the phone pre pick up. The driver arrived 45minutes late and struggled to find us apparently, despite being at terminal 3 pick up point (the only bodies in the entire car park) and All United specialising in airport pick ups. He then got lost due to the motorway being closed and we had to use our own Google maps to guide him to our destination because he just kept going round in circles. Shocking service, rude staff and no taxi. Booked a taxi had a confirmation message. Waited 30 mins and no taxi. Rang back to ask where it was to be told I hadn't booked one! Then I was told another would be with me in 10 mins, again no show. Rang back and was told it would be 5 mins. Then I got a phone call from them. I answered and they hung up. Then got a text saying they had successfully cancelled my taxi. Rang back got some rude call handler who said I couldn't have a taxi as there weren't any. My auntie has used the company every week for years. So we said this is shocking and we were told we've never used the taxi service before because my number hadn't been used there, maybe because I rang and not the other person. In the end they hung up and no taxi came. Disgusting service. Booked an uber, 3 mins later in a taxi and on the way home

Pre booked taxis on several occasions 2 hours prior needing them and neither have turned up or been allocated a driver - this resulting in both children being over 45 minutes late for school. No acceptable when you've pre booked and they won't even answer the phones.

Booked Minibus begining of April for pick-up on 11/05/2018. Tried to confirm, no record of booking dispite having emails. Promised to look into it by Head Office and would ring me back, still waiting. Give them a wide berth.

These people told me it was a 20 minite wait for a taxi. 50 minites later still no taxi. I rang them back only to be told by a very rude lady that i will just have to wait. The customer service is terrible and their taxis turn up an hour late. Avoid this taxi service like the plague

Poor DO not use this company! Last time I use them ever again, always late and the cars are shoddy to say the least.

I have given up with this company - always late, rude, unreliable and also take you on tours of Manchester.

When getting a taxi from here they often are on time when calling them up.Prices for a taxi are not bad either, they are cheaper than other firms in the area.
