    • Only knew this number called up for a taxi. Driver picked me up 5 mins later, was dropped home safely and fare price was just 2.80! Cheap or what?

    • Terrible service. Rang at 6.40pm to book a taxi for 7pm. My wife and I were standing outside for 10 minutes waiting but no taxi arrived. When I called them again at 7.10pm they had no recollection of the booking and offered no apology!!

    • Really quick taxi service got one ordered over the phone, driver was there within 5 minutes! Very fast service, driver was friendly and also let me off by 50p making my fare very cheap!

    • Have used them for years but recently they have become awful. Drivers quite often dont know where theyre going, speed, and turn up really late..even when Ive booked hours in advance! Used to use them every day but now only when desperate in the hope their service has improved but Im generally let down.

    • Waited an hour for an immediate pick up, they never arrived. Called five times each time was told it was "round the corner", eventually a snotty operator argued with me saying I had missed it despite being stood at the pick up point all that time. Could have got the tram with time to spare for a fraction of the cost. Do not use if you actually need to be somewhere.

    • Used to be really good now its absolutely poor. Now they don't even tell you when your taxi is outside and when you ring and ask to see where it is they say its bin and gone, this has happened 4 times now. Rang a taxi before they said its on its way and it took 40 minutes!! Never ever again am i ringing this taxi company

    • At around 2pm, on. 19-6-18 , we called a streetcar taxi to pick us up from ibis hotel , Pollard st, Manchester ...the driver tried to make out he didn't know where deansgate was ! .. Then he got my friend to type it into his phone , he faffed about a bit, while the clock ticked away . I told him he needed to turn right onto the ring road . so he then proceeded to pull away from hotel and go into the left turn lane ..he totally ignored all the directions his phone was giving him , and when we kept asking him why he was going the opp way, he just mumbled at us, like he couldn't speak English .. Driver went the longest way round, dropped us in the wrong place , and ripped us off with overcharging , thinking we didn't know the area as we're not from Manchester ..total rip off

    • These guys drive like absolute idiots, just had a taxi from there company, Silver Mercedes executive car nearly run me off the road, the driver was driving around 50mph in a 30 zone on a busy main road and cutting people up all the way down the road, he then decided to make two lanes out of one and tried to undertake me by driving in the the parking bays at the side of the road! I was turning left, whilst he was driving alongside me but couldn't make the turn as he was driving like a maniac, he then had the cheek to beep his horn at me like i was in the wrong!! DO NOT GET IN THIS TAXI! Would have put a complaint in but by the looks of other reviews on here the company clearly do not care who they have driving their taxis.

    • Really nice operator but just wish they would be truthful when they have no taxi's available so you don't end up waiting over an hour to be told they haven't got one yet. They have your number so could ring back. I have a feeling that the taxi drivers only accept long journeys. This has happened to me a few times.

    • They didn't send a taxi when they said they would, when I called to follow it up they said they werent planning to send one after I'd already waited for 45 minutes. Also heard the operator having a chat with one of the cab drivers to decide if he wanted to do it so there were drivers available. Had to walk home alone in the middle of the night, won't be using again.

    • Shockingly late taxi and inaccurate updates about whereabouts of our taxi from the operator. I rang at 14:30 to book a taxi for 15:30 to take me and my family from Worsley to Manchester Airport. At 15:30 there was no taxi or text to say the taxi was on the way. I rang the head office and asked where the taxi was. The operator said it would be 5 mins. 10 mins later, no taxi driver. This was back and forth until 4pm. I explained to the operator that the reason why I booked the taxi one hour in advance was that we weren't late for our flight. Also we were travelling for the first time with a baby. I was continually lied to in regard to the whereabouts of our taxi. Only when a new driver took our job was I given an accurate time. This was already 18 minutes after the pickup time. So overall, my taxi to the airport was 30 minutes late which made the start to our holiday very stressful with our baby. I will never use this company again.

    • Sent Taxi to the Wrong place!! Made me miss an important appointment for which i had to repay money, and then didnt even offer me a refund or any compensation! Terrible Customer Service!
