Taxis in M31

After reading the reviews was a bit reluctant to book for airport drop off and pick up but I must say we got 1st class service from receptionist and drivers both going and coming from airport very helpful friendly and on time We don't use taxis very often but wouldn't hesitate to use again Thank you

booked a taxi through the app realised we had booked the wrong time phoned up spoke to operator who said no problem your booked in for 8pm. 8.10pm phoned up to be told no taxi booked 9pm but hold on we booked 8pm well you havent we couldnt wait so we had to walk in the rain. Wife had heels on & now has blisters on her feet and shattered as she has had a stroke due to the taxis company incompetence. Wife said no more taxis but I bet your not bothered.

Don't even deserve 1 star. Customer service is none existent, phoned for a taxi from a mobile. Received a text message to the mobile phone. Taxi never turned up, phoned the firm to ask where it was. The lady said they were sat outside for 10 minutes, i was waiting outside and no taxi turned up. Also mentioned i did not receive a call, the receptionist argued with me over the phone saying i called off a landline so they wouldn't call back. Explained the text received was on a mobile and the call was made off a landline. She continued to argue. Absolutely shocking, if she doesn't like her job then she should leave. Not take it out on the customers.

Waited an hour and a half after booking taxi. During that time I rang twice and was fed excuses. The receptionist tried saying the taxi had been and gone but they hadn't turned up at all

Absolute garbage. Waited over an hour, rang 4 times, was told they should not have taken the job. Crap attitude, crap service, crap excuses. Do not use.

Pre-booked a cab for my daughter's swimming lesson for 4:10....lesson at 4.30. At 4.20 no taxi...I called to find out where it was but there was no answer - I can only assume caller id!!!...neighbour saw distraught daughter and offered us a lift - she got in the pool 5 minutes late for her 30 min lesson. Received a text saying your car has arrived, at exactly 4.30....the time her class starts...if my kind neighbour had not given us a lift it would not have been worth going! I called Avacab to advise them of such....the call handler...who I have discovered is the boss' son sarcastically stated without any hint of an apology "thanks for letting us know you no longer wanted the cab" In calm mono tone I replied "I pre-booked it for 4.10, thank you for letting me know it was running late" To which the fantastic customer service continued....in that he hung up the phone on me! Use Zcars! No issues with any drivers just call handlers! Straw that broke the camels back! :-/

Top company, very efficient, courteous, on time and reasonably priced. Perfect. Highly recommended.

Asked if a taxi was available in around 30-40 minutes as I have an appointment at 10am. Yes it was so booked a taxi for 30-40 minutes at 8:56. Taxi should have arrived around 9:36am at the latest. When I spoke to them at 9:46 the operator said it would be another 20 minutes. Taxi didn't pick up till 10:26. Unfortunately they didn't send a helicopter and I was very very late to my 10am appointment.

Absolutely terrible service. Arranged pick up and waited 45 minutes and called again only to find out they hadnt even sent out a taxi. They didnt even apologise and said it was a good service. I phoned up to complain and they didnt return any messages. Never use again.

Stress free journey to Manchester airport for an early morning flight, received message to say driver is on the way, she arrived just before the pick up time and sent another message to say the vehicle is outside, helped with luggage. Very reasonable price. Would recommend for any journey.

Very rude man over the phone when ordering a taxi, was very sarcastic and refused to take us to a destination which was over 2 miles away! Very disgraced, I will be passing the word around and I will not be calling again. Disgusting attitude.

I must say I ring a taxi every morning for work and the taxis always turn up on time I couldn't fault the timing. Thank you!

Dreadful, pre booked a taxi early in the evening for 1am and by 1.30am they were still unable to pick us up without and confirmation of how long it would be. Absolutely disgusting poor level of service, something so simple done so wrong.

Roll on UBER coming to Warrington! Booked a taxi the day before to pick us up at the Waterside Inn, warrington at 11.45 to take us home. No show and waited for 30 minutes in the cold, when you ring to see where your taxi is you get an automated call saying it's on the way! Yeah, right! Never booking Harry's again, garbage service

The sooner UBER comes to Warrington and does this company out of business the better.
