    • Waited an hour for an immediate pick up, they never arrived. Called five times each time was told it was "round the corner", eventually a snotty operator argued with me saying I had missed it despite being stood at the pick up point all that time. Could have got the tram with time to spare for a fraction of the cost. Do not use if you actually need to be somewhere.

    • Used to be really good now its absolutely poor. Now they don't even tell you when your taxi is outside and when you ring and ask to see where it is they say its bin and gone, this has happened 4 times now. Rang a taxi before they said its on its way and it took 40 minutes!! Never ever again am i ringing this taxi company

    • Some of Alpha cars drivers are cons and ruthless, they will take passagers to a longer route and used plastic to cover their reading mitres so you won't see the amount reading, and some of them will go away with your change, this is my experience, I called the Alpha office to laid a complaint and they tried to contact the driver and at first the driver denied and he later agreed that it was a mistake, then I requested my change back the driver refused to return my money then after about a week later I called Alpha cars and the same driver came, at first I requested for my change and he denied it again then I called the Alpha office the staff that talked to me she said the driver said he want to take me to where I was going half price which he never told me after much aguement on the phone with the Alpha staff I discovered that she was siding the driver and she bang the phone on me, Alpha cars staffs lack customers care, my family and I will never use Alpha cars Manchester again.

    • I never leave bad reviews for businesses but on this ocassion the service provided has been so shocking I felt compelled to tell others so they do not encounter the same unprofessional experience. I booked a taxi 1 week in advance for an airport transfer at a fixed rate of £28. (This already included additional airport fees of £3 as discussed). This was confirmed once again when phoning upon the actual day of reservation and with the taxi driver himself on the phone pre pick up. The driver arrived 45minutes late and struggled to find us apparently, despite being at terminal 3 pick up point (the only bodies in the entire car park) and All United specialising in airport pick ups. He then got lost due to the motorway being closed and we had to use our own Google maps to guide him to our destination because he just kept going round in circles.     • Highly recommend not to get a taxi from intime as their drivers are rude judgemental and lock you in the back for no reason trying to call police on mothers for no reason judgemental rude stupid headed drivers worst company to get a taxi from as drivers start on young mothers with kids with autism outrages taxi driver like this should be allowed to be driving at all disgusting!

    • Operators: unprofessional, rude and would not let you talk when making a complain. Management: They will apologies and say it will not happen again and then it happens again...thank you night shift operators for making a good day into miserable end. Management don't take action, but to calm situation will say "we will look into the matter".

    • Really bad service, I pre-booked a taxi several hours before for after midnight. I waited for additional 10 mins and taxi no show. I called the operator and was told the taxi came to pick up point and I didn't turn up. all surrounding buildings are closed and no where for me to go accept stand at the pick up location. So either I am invisible or intime taxi operator is lying.

    • I asked him to go a certain way. He ignored me. I told him I only pay this much for that way. He ignored me. Took a 'short' cut in the opposite direction, then when I told the driver I wasn't paying what he wanted because I told him I didn't want to go any other way than the way I normally go, he rang the base (who told me only to pay what I normally would) to which the driver then called me a liar and wanted it payed into his personal bank account.. which I thought was weird so I refused as I wanted it through the company and he kept asking for my bank details, not to mention he came into my work shouting and arguing and swearing and when I asked him to be professional, to get the base to ring me and to keep his voice down in my place of work. That's when he started to call me a liar. moral of the story - will be using intime next as more reliable.. first time customer, will not recommend or use again.

    • this company a joke I ordered a taxi last the driver couldn't speak a word of English, driving a 10 mph didn't know the area and then found out he did own UK driving licences reported this company to Manchester council.

    • I phoned this taxi company at 08:09 on March the 4th 2015, to be told they would be here in "5 or 10 minutes" I would never have been bothered if they had turned up 15, 20 or 25 minutes later. After 30 minutes I called them back to be told I was "next in the queue" and they would be another 5 minutes. "Okay", I thought a little peeved, but prepared to wait. So you can imagine after another 15 minutes, I call again -this time THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME so I called someone else. Not even sure if they are a real company or not, AVOID THEM AND DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.
