terrible service , made us wait 45 minutes from Mri hospital and was rejected by many of the drivers because it was local fare. Never ever will i use them again.

I was undertaken on Hulme Hall Road, Cheadle Hulme by Street Cars taxi 7561. The driver was in the left turn only lane when he cut across me to turn right. At each set of red traffic lights between Hulme Hall Road and Adswood the driver sat with his foot in the brake dazzling me. The driver also did not use their indicators. Very bad driving.

Phoned a taxi on 25/3/2022 to take us to Manchester airport at 1905 and told the car would be 20 mins. Half hour later, phoned back to be told taxi would be 5 mins. Waited anothe 20 mins, still no taxi. Ordered Globe taxis next and it turned up within 5 minutes. While we were waiting for Globe taxis, two street car taxis went right past and parked at main entrance of wythenshawe hospital when we had told them it was the A+E door we were at. I will never use this cowboy firm again.

Booked taxi from Altringham to Salford price online was 18£ but driver charged me 33.40£ ,tried to contact customer service bo no one answered.Better not to use that company especially driver PV740 car reg BK13KPU

At around 2pm, on. 19-6-18 , we called a streetcar taxi to pick us up from ibis hotel , Pollard st, Manchester ...the driver tried to make out he didn't know where deansgate was ! .. Then he got my friend to type it into his phone , he faffed about a bit, while the clock ticked away . I told him he needed to turn right onto the ring road . so he then proceeded to pull away from hotel and go into the left turn lane ..he totally ignored all the directions his phone was giving him , and when we kept asking him why he was going the opp way, he just mumbled at us, like he couldn't speak English .. Driver went the longest way round, dropped us in the wrong place , and ripped us off with overcharging , thinking we didn't know the area as we're not from Manchester ..total rip off

Only knew this number called up for a taxi. Driver picked me up 5 mins later, was dropped home safely and fare price was just 2.80! Cheap or what?

Terrible service. Rang at 6.40pm to book a taxi for 7pm. My wife and I were standing outside for 10 minutes waiting but no taxi arrived. When I called them again at 7.10pm they had no recollection of the booking and offered no apology!!

I never leave bad reviews for businesses but on this ocassion the service provided has been so shocking I felt compelled to tell others so they do not encounter the same unprofessional experience. I booked a taxi 1 week in advance for an airport transfer at a fixed rate of £28. (This already included additional airport fees of £3 as discussed). This was confirmed once again when phoning upon the actual day of reservation and with the taxi driver himself on the phone pre pick up. The driver arrived 45minutes late and struggled to find us apparently, despite being at terminal 3 pick up point (the only bodies in the entire car park) and All United specialising in airport pick ups. He then got lost due to the motorway being closed and we had to use our own Google maps to guide him to our destination because he just kept going round in circles. Worst Taxi company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Incompetent drivers, rude operators, constantly late, no sense of direction. I cannot stress enough how much these guys need to be avoided!

Absolutely awful!! **BE CAREFUL with this company** as I was in a Rush to get home due to a family emergency second time ever booking with this company I was told 10mins wait when booked called to confirm, called 15mins later as app wasn't tracking a car, told 15 mins, called again told still trying to find me a car. After an hour I called new moon they turned up in 5 minutes! I then got a text message staying they are "don't bother booking again we're black listing your number and share this with other companies" I have never had a problem with a texi in my life and left feeling very upset.

Shocking service run by Ma Baker. Ended up losing a holiday because of this company constantly telling me the taxi is on its way, its round the corner. It never arrived and I ended up losing the train to my holiday destination and a fair amount of money because of them. Should be shut down, also they are in cahoots with licensing people at Salford council so you cant win. Disgusting uncaring service run by a very hard rough woman who couldnt care less. Wouldnt have given any stars but had no choice but to give one.

Mum who is 86 ordered a taxi for 3.10pm to take her to the Drs for a 3.30pm appointment. I had to go and get her as the taxi failed to turn up. She had been stood outside since 3pm. I got her at 3.35pm. Good job Dr still saw her as she was 15 mins late. She won't be using this firm again. Hopeless

I booked a taxi from Asda Trafford Park to Ouse Street in Salford. Only 2 hours prior to this a friend gave me a lift from Ouse Street to Asda Trafford Park, on my google timeline this took 1.9 miles. However the taxi did it in 4.1 miles & cost £9.95. I thought at the time it was a long way round, obviously he cheated me. I wont be using your firm again, appalling service, this taxi driver isnt doing your firm any favours

Every time I call I'm asked for a password. I never set up a password. The women explained might be the previous owner before and probably was she them said due to people running from taxis ?? So people run and the previous sets a password? The women then wants me to sent a copy of my tenancy agreement in !! Provides no info and basically fobs me off. It's ok though 1010 taxis will do apps really good and uber. Clearly this buisness doesn't want to remain much longer clearly. Awful attitudes poor customer service. Never heard anything like it.

Some of Alpha cars drivers are cons and ruthless, they will take passagers to a longer route and used plastic to cover their reading mitres so you won't see the amount reading, and some of them will go away with your change, this is my experience, I called the Alpha office to laid a complaint and they tried to contact the driver and at first the driver denied and he later agreed that it was a mistake, then I requested my change back the driver refused to return my money then after about a week later I called Alpha cars and the same driver came, at first I requested for my change and he denied it again then I called the Alpha office the staff that talked to me she said the driver said he want to take me to where I was going half price which he never told me after much aguement on the phone with the Alpha staff I discovered that she was siding the driver and she bang the phone on me, Alpha cars staffs lack customers care, my family and I will never use Alpha cars Manchester again.

Make me wait one hour and after every10 mins they ask for another 10 mins at last I had no other option so cancelled it and took Uber instead

My daughter lost her phone in the taxi rang to ask them to look tonight half an hour ago and he was very rude,the drivers hand things in this is manchester not bolton but they operate from bolton too? Asked him to ask the driver to look under the seats he said I've just told you then hung up!! What a you not what!!!

Waited an hour for an immediate pick up, they never arrived. Called five times each time was told it was "round the corner", eventually a snotty operator argued with me saying I had missed it despite being stood at the pick up point all that time. Could have got the tram with time to spare for a fraction of the cost. Do not use if you actually need to be somewhere.

Used to be really good now its absolutely poor. Now they don't even tell you when your taxi is outside and when you ring and ask to see where it is they say its bin and gone, this has happened 4 times now. Rang a taxi before they said its on its way and it took 40 minutes!! Never ever again am i ringing this taxi company

Got a Taxi from Eccles to Winton A pick up on way. cost £3.50 £4.00 given . The same root back no different than going the price went up to £5.50. I asked why and he said it was longer in the way back, the cab office said it costs £5.20 . Does the price go up after 10 oclock or do they turn the meter up ASK FOR A PRICE BEFORE YOU BOOK THEM RIP OFF . I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN

Most unrespectfull taxi service. I called today to ask about yhe cost and she sayed very angry * i dont know* and ended the call!!! I called back to ask her why she did that and she sayd i can book t a taxi but dont ask me anything! I have been never treat like this before. Agly person.

Clean cab I was not over charged either.Wanted to go home and was taken by the driver! Very thankful for that, good service must be said!
