terrible service , made us wait 45 minutes from Mri hospital and was rejected by many of the drivers because it was local fare. Never ever will i use them again.

Absolutely awful!! **BE CAREFUL with this company** as I was in a Rush to get home due to a family emergency second time ever booking with this company I was told 10mins wait when booked called to confirm, called 15mins later as app wasn't tracking a car, told 15 mins, called again told still trying to find me a car. After an hour I called new moon they turned up in 5 minutes! I then got a text message staying they are "don't bother booking again we're black listing your number and share this with other companies" I have never had a problem with a texi in my life and left feeling very upset.

They turn up quickly all the time, never let me down! So reliable!

Just got a phone call from this number claiming to be from a housing association, sounded very fishy the questions she was asking, beware !!!!!

Pre Booked this company for 7th February turned up extremely late after several phone calls and numerous lies they then had the audacity to rip me off for a fare that is never normally more than £4.00 they charged me £12.20 then when I phoned to speak to the Manager (Keith) I was told he was out of office but they would get him to call me that evening or first thing the next morning (8th February 2022) it's now (16th February 2022) and I still await his call yet another lie!! If I could give this company zero stars I would so please please please avoid them at all cost they are lying, unreliable thieves

The most disorganised taxi company in Manchester. Booked a taxi and told it would arrive in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later told it was 4 minutes away. 40 minutes later again told it was 4 minutes away. The receptionist said he was "stationary at Smithfield Market and didnt know why". 3rd phone call another rude receptionist said there was nothing she could do. always seems to be the same with this company. Don't know why they can't be honest and say it will be 40 mins. Only given 1 star as wont let post with 0 star. Cancelled Taxi and booked with Tameside Cabs who arrived promptly as promised.

The most unreliable, clueless, bad mannered collection of incompetents Ive ever had the misery of dealing with! Just a lift at a certain time pre/ booked for weeks and they cant even keep to that!!! Leave them alone and let them go bust!!!!!!! Do NOT rely on this shower!!!

Worst Taxi company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Incompetent drivers, rude operators, constantly late, no sense of direction. I cannot stress enough how much these guys need to be avoided!

I never leave bad reviews for businesses but on this ocassion the service provided has been so shocking I felt compelled to tell others so they do not encounter the same unprofessional experience. I booked a taxi 1 week in advance for an airport transfer at a fixed rate of £28. (This already included additional airport fees of £3 as discussed). This was confirmed once again when phoning upon the actual day of reservation and with the taxi driver himself on the phone pre pick up. The driver arrived 45minutes late and struggled to find us apparently, despite being at terminal 3 pick up point (the only bodies in the entire car park) and All United specialising in airport pick ups. He then got lost due to the motorway being closed and we had to use our own Google maps to guide him to our destination because he just kept going round in circles. Terrible service. Rang at 6.40pm to book a taxi for 7pm. My wife and I were standing outside for 10 minutes waiting but no taxi arrived. When I called them again at 7.10pm they had no recollection of the booking and offered no apology!!
