    • We have used Hardway cabs numerous times and been happy. But a few dats ago we booked a 7 oclock taxi going out and an 11 oclock taxi to get home. The 7 oclock taxi came at 7.20, no big deal we understand these things happen. The 11 oclock taxi.....we phoned them at 11.22 to be told the taxi was outside at 11 oclock but left because we werent outside, they did not phone/text us or ring the doorbell. They said another taxi would be sent in half an hour. At 11.54 we phoned again and explained that we had a babysitter at home and we had booked an 11 oclock taxi for this reason, it was not ok that we had not received any communication about the first taxi and we had booked this days in advance. I wasnt happy but I was not rude. The man on the other end of the phone told me I was being rude and that they were not going to send us a taxi out. We arent rude people, we had children at home and couldnt get to them, so I feel understandably I was a little annoyed.

    • On 16th February 5.45am, I had to get the very short distance, at silly o'clock in the morning, with luggage, from the Wightlink Car Ferry Terminal, as a foot passenger, to catch a coach and I was stressing out ! I called the day before as I was worried it just wouldn't be worth their while. The lady who arranged my taxi was extremely kind and reassuring. As I walked off the ferry I saw the driver stood outside his car, waving at me and he greeted me by my first name and with a wide smile. He was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. He got me there in plenty of time and wished me a safe journey and a happy visit with my grandson. First class service delivered by extremely nice people. Highly recommended.

    • Rubbish! had a car booked for 0515 to take my husband to the bus station to get a coach to Heathrow!!! Car did not turn up and no answer from office number.....I had to get dressed and take him, had to wake youngest child to take with me............NOT FUNNY will never use again!!!

    • Worse service ever booked taxi in the morning for pick up at 8 and did not turn up at all and could not get hold of bridge was left to walk home after 12 hour shift
