Taxis in PO5

We have used Hardway cabs numerous times and been happy. But a few dats ago we booked a 7 oclock taxi going out and an 11 oclock taxi to get home. The 7 oclock taxi came at 7.20, no big deal we understand these things happen. The 11 oclock taxi.....we phoned them at 11.22 to be told the taxi was outside at 11 oclock but left because we werent outside, they did not phone/text us or ring the doorbell. They said another taxi would be sent in half an hour. At 11.54 we phoned again and explained that we had a babysitter at home and we had booked an 11 oclock taxi for this reason, it was not ok that we had not received any communication about the first taxi and we had booked this days in advance. I wasnt happy but I was not rude. The man on the other end of the phone told me I was being rude and that they were not going to send us a taxi out. We arent rude people, we had children at home and couldnt get to them, so I feel understandably I was a little annoyed.

Driver was driving in excess of 70mph on the A3 southbound at Milford. Tailgating, speeding and looking to overtake, but he was in the fast lane with nowhere else to go! I have never seen such aggressive driving. Reported to police for dangerous driving and driving without due care and attention. White Skoda HV67 TYH on 7 Feb 2023.

Experienced a very aggressive Andi Cars taxi driver at QA Hospital. The taxi driver had parked on a pedestrian crossing when asked to move by someone collecting a patient from the pick up / hospital bay following surgery he told them to f*** off in front of children. I would suggest they read the Highway Code along with a lesson in how to be ethical and polite. Clearly not a priority for this very aggressive driver.

Similar experience for us regarding pre booked but not turning up, had to call a friend to come and get us in the end as was unable to gey through to anyone at their office to see where the taxi was.

This company has the cheek to call itself a taxi service, what a joke of a company. I booked a cab 5 days in advance of when I needed it to bring me back from a formal party at a hotel at 11:45 pm. I even phoned up on the day to see if everything was still ok with the taxi which I was assured it was. However after waiting for 15 minutes I phoned the so call taxi service the taxi and was informed they were very busy and there would be about a 45 minute wait even though the taxi had been booked in advance. This also happened to a number of other guests at the party who were also unfortunate to hav e booked with Andi cabs. Luckily with a group effort we all we able to make other arrangements. Andi taxis actually text me at 1:05am to say my taxi had arrived an hour and twenty minutes late. They even had the cheek by send me a test asking for me to rate them as a service! Don is use this company they will let you down Ive only given them one star which they don't deserve

Despite pre booking a return trip to West Ashling , the return didn't turn up , phoned 5 times and promises of 'driver is on the way' were all false. Was left stranded until pub owner gave us a lift home. Irony then that later I got a text almost 2 hours after the pick up time saying the cab was outside the pub !!! Avoid this Company.

Worst service , tell you a 15-20 waiting time then half hour later telling you sorry the driver got held up ! What traffics is there at 9pm on a Monday!

I will be using this taxi company every time we are on holiday on the isle of wight

Do the same journey every day 90pence dearer !

Awful service and grossly overpriced. Car unclean and smelt strongly of tobacco. Driver charged us ?11 to travel less than three miles (before midnight). Phoned the following morning and received a very uninterested and unapologetic response. Would NEVER use them again!
