Taxis in Rainham, Essex

i writing this on behalf of my 80yr old disabled mum she had an awful experience with u last wed night 29th march she went to orpington tescos was dropped of with one of ur drivers and had a return booked for 45 mins later she waited taxi didnt turn up after 45 mins plus she waited 45 mins rang and asked where it was they cancelled it because they said she wasnt there she was there u just didnt bloody look she.s severly disabled cant walk far everybody seen how distressed she was and helped her even an ambulance driver offered to help her but thankfully a lovely man and his wife took my mum so thanks for ur crap service if thats how u treat ur customers u can stick ur so called service where the sun dont shine so she wont b using ur service learn to look after ur customers because without them ur have no job disgrace should b ashamed of urselves to treat an 80 yr old disabled lady like that

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Made gf late for work and ruined what would have otherwise been a brilliant weekend. DO NOT USE!!

Awful. Was told to wait 15 minutes. Got a call 5 minutes later that I missed as I was getting ready, so he didn't show up. When I called back he was still at the office, was rude and then came to the pick up. I received a text quoting a price then the driver tried saying it was more because I couldn't answer the phone. All other cabbies just come to pick up, will not use again and recommend using another, better service like alphabry or alpha in the Dagenham area.

Do not use this cab service. Double fare even though single fare stated on card over festive season Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish

booked target taxi's twice and was let down both times, when phoned to find out about my now non existant cab was told they couldnt find my booking and was nothing they could do! would never trust this firm again totally unreliable

He arrived on time and was obviously happy in his work, competitive price and a clean car.

Used them for years, reliable way to get home. Better to book than call last minute as they are quite a popular firm.

Awfull!!! Made me miss my appointment! Terrible service rude and a bunch of liar's they say 5-10 min n then turn up a half hour later. Use uber forget these Muppets! That's what I've resorted to. So stay away if u want to keep ur sanity

Rang for a quote for an airport return, told him 4 people & 4 cases. He asked me what car I wanted. I said I didn't know what cars were in his fleet but needed one big enough for 4 people & 4 cases. Heblew a big sigh and then hung up. Going to book somewhere with a better customer service

All I did was try and get a quote for a return taxi to Gatwick. The bloke was so rude, he didnt understand what a hold-all was and then hung up. I wont be bothering with them.

Good local cab firm, never any problems. Always on time for pick ups for short journeys. Have booked an airport journey next week too

Great service, on time & friendly Also when I didn't realise I left my bag on the back seat with my phone, cards & money in, the driver handed it in to the office for me to collect. Thank you.

Terrible cab company, booked a cab in-advance for morning pick-up. Cab didn't arrive, and when I called, I was told I would need to wait 15-20 minutes. No respect for customers, I would not recommend.
