    • I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

    • We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

    • They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

    • absolutly horrible. taxi came so late i missed my train. Was quoted the wrong price called to confirm and they were ridiculously rude and unapologetic and the taxi man threatened to take me back and then charged me extra for "wasting his time" wdh? NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

    • Arrived late Car was scruffy and grubby Driver didn't even know the way to City Airport On the way to the airport he actually ran out of petrol! He then produced a can from the boot which he used to get us to a garage, total farce, I will never use them again.

    • Awful service, booked a cab on a sunday to take me to work in Dartford on Monday morning, and they gave me a quote of ?23. Monday morning comes, they arrive at the right time and as I'm getting in, tell me that the office gave me the wrong price and forgot about the toll bridge, that the price is now ?35 that's ?12 in the difference without any warning! the toll is only ?2 each way. I personally think this is disgusting, if a price was agreed then it is not the customers fault if your office made a mistake. I called another cab company in the end, I will not be using this firm again.
