    • Worst taxi company in Basingstoke order anying thing nere 12pm they say thay can't do it till 1 am rude staff on the phone as well and will lie though there teeth there is only 1 taxi company in Basingstoke delta cars cheaper and want to help you un like greedy alfa cars

    • Used this company for a couple of airport journeys recently. Minibus arrived on time, clean bus, driver Mark very pleasant and drove very professionaly with no dramas. Overall excellent service

    • Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

    • 1 star because is not possible give them 0. I booked a taxi requesting a big car because I had to move things from a flat to another. When the taxi driver arrived I started to bring the first suitcase. The taxi driver started saying he wanted to see the other things I had to carry. He insisted on getting into my apartment. I refused. He yelled at me. Saying that he wanted to be just kind and I was rude. I felt threatened. I called the company to report the incident but I had no luck. The person on the phone was rude and started yelling at me. Unprofessional, rude and aggressive.

    • I have tried this company before and I was overcharged. I did publish a review discribing the events. The response I received was rude and so unprofessional. After few months Ive called to book another taxi not knowing that Ive called the same company . The receptionist said that I am the person that did leave a bad review. If I want a taxi it will be £30 for a journey of 2 miles. When I said this to the receptionist a very rude man, he even threaten me that if I will leave a bad review again I will have to rethink as he knows my address and will burn it down. This was a direct threat to my family. Police has been informed. Avoid avoid ..

    • Twice over this weekend my daughter has called for a taxi from her boyfriends house to get her home. On the first occasion she waited an hour and was constantly fobbed off by the person on the phone. The taxi driver that eventually turned up said her next taxinwith them would be free - what a joke. She tried to use her 'free' taxi this evening and waited yet another hour, with many calls before giving up. I would not recommend you at all and will be advising anyone who asks of your terrible service!

    • They quoted me ?40 for caversham to terminal 4 but end up charging ?45; when checked with the base I receive a response stating that he has incorrectly quoted. This is poor on their part.
