APPEAL to everyone !!! Watch out for A2B TAXI drivers !!! Taxi drivers cheat and extort money from the passener, they make special mistakes or eat badly or change the route to a long route and you can expect to pay 3 timesas much,I definitely do not recommend this company !

Unreliable and poor customer service even tho the driver was good the operator was ru bish at his job as he got me late even tho I ordered taxi 25 min prior to my shift it tuck them 30mins to get to me. Disgusting operator lies about booking and eta.

Great honest firm great service

The Landlady of my local pub booked me a taxi home as I was a bit worse for wear following a funeral. I was unable to pay the fair of £2 so this firm send a very rude message to the Landlady , said I had done a runner( I am a 55 year old disabled lady) and the police were being called. I was going to apologise but for £2 and a drunken mistake I think they could have just put a note through my door where he dropped me off

We had booked return. Written out all detais and to office Landsdowne Rd. On return pick up @ airport, rang ok be with you shortly. Waited half an hour, rang again..on his way, rang again ,no answer , after 1hour arrived. Text I'm on carpark. Where ? On carpark, but where ? We are outside arrivals with cases. Can you come over ? No not allowed, I'm on Carpark. We went over, walked up and down. Text him. What colour and make of car ? No answer. Finally located, by this time freezing cold 2-30 am in Jan. Disabled husband. I asked for help with cases in car....not allowed.Together we struggled to get cases in car. I said the service is terrible. Driver said I don't need to take you, don't be abusive to me.Terrible experience. DON'T USE THEM. NO STARS

Taxi stunk of weed I don't mind people smoking it in their own time home whatever but when a taxi turns up stinking strongly of weed when I have kids with is n absolute joke

Punctuality is not a word this firm is familiar with..Nor can drivers read simple sat nav directions . I to walk down a unlit narrow lane for forty five mins and driver could not find Standege foot road and he lived in Marsden

It was a rainy day we have two children aged 2 and 4. We were visiting a farm and were taken to the station. When we arrived the driver did not help me take out our bags from the boot but complained how dirty his car was. He started to clean the seats and did not stop the meter, so it has charged us an extra pound till he finished with the cleaning. First of all, we took reasonable care to keep the car as clean as possible. Obviously the wellies would have leave some muddy spots and it was not a big deal. Secondly, it should have been expected by the driver. Thirdly, he should have stopped the meter when we arrived. Fourthly. if he was so keen of his car, he should have put some protection when he arrived on a rainy day on a farm and seeing two small children popping into his car. Fifthly, he should have clean the car after he unpacked our bags and we paid for trip. Lastly, he never should complain in front of a happy customer. Now he has missed the extra tip.

I have been using this taxi firm for 2 years would recommend to everyone.

Left phone in Cab three days before Christmas. The Firm were useless and Claimed they couldnt track my driver despite me having ring camera footage of exact drop off time and a transaction to prove payment. I lost all my photos of my daughter as a baby and the phone has clearly been stolen. Do not use!

Taxi was getting on a bit but still a good smooth ride from a safe driver much appreciated late at night when your tired.

Picked up 3 times this week. First 2 times was same driver, lovely and courteous. Today picked up and windows fully down and soon realised that the driver had a very strong smell of cannabis. Professional drivers smoking drugs then collecting fare payers?! Disgusting!! Will not be using again.

Ordered a taxi at 8.06 for 9am as had an appointment at 9.15!! Taxi turned up at 9 25am!! No apology!!!!!shocking missed my appointment!!!

Worst of the worst close them down

My mum rang this number to order a 7 seater taxi they said it was unavailable so she rang a different taxi number assuming it was a different taxi service and asked for a 7 seater again. Turns out the other number was there number aswell and the man was very very very rude to her raising his voice saying we've already told u once we don't have a 7 seater why u calling again. My mum apolgised and hung up. Both numbers were 0161628700/01616241212. I'm very angry at the way my mum was spoken to and immediately ordered her a taxi from limeline who were so helpful and informative. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Taxis are overpriced in my opinion, however at least this one was on time ..

Excellent taxi service

Have used this service for a long time, quality has gone down a lot recently. Driver 74 was confrontational and rude. Told him to wait a second to let us take the groceries inside, he started putting our food all over the road. Today we were waiting at the end of a street, he drives right past us even though we wave him down and starts arguing when we finally catch up. He was given the wrong address but we did correct the mistake with the taxi service and he shouldve seen us waving.

Do not touch this comapny with a bargepole. Have used them often for years, however they have a guy (think his taxi number is 388) who refused to let us pick up some coins that were dropped onto the taxi floor. He said 'it's in my cab, so it's mine'. Now whenever we phone Delta Cars, if he turns up, he puts two fingers up, and drives off . We then have to wait for another taxi. How this guy still has a licence is beyond me! Avoid at all costs.This issue is currently being dealt with by Oldham Council.

Taxi driver lied to us and got other people in his taxi and lied to our faces and said that it was for another person. Rang him 3/4 times and ignored my phone call. Worst taxi service Ive ever had I ever had I recommend cartax instead.

lady i spoke to over the phone was not very helpfull by the tone of her voice she didnt sound like she wanted to help i i book taxi from here allways because of my work i travel all over manchester when i come across this lady she allways sounds like this unhappy with the phone service taxi drivers are allways nice

Taxi normally arrives quickly, prices for the fares are kept the same.Always have come across friendly drivers to!

Terrible and unreliable - waste of time.

Excellent taxi firm. I have used them for about 20 years at least once a week. Never had any bad experience with them. Always punctual, efficient, friendly, polite, helpful. Fares very reasonable and compare favourably with other taxi companies. Highly recommended.

Never ever will I use swift taxes in Stalybridge absolutely disgusting taking £10 off my 14-year-old daughter when it was supposed to be a £4 taxi journey the woman on the desk is absolutely rude and needs to get a new job I will never ever use this taxis firm ever again and will be telling everyone I no not to!

Ordered a minibus and a taxi as we specifically needed it for a school trip I was organising, they said this would be no problem. Sent three taxis which meant we had to take three members of staff instead of two as we legally have to have a staff member in each vehicle. This is why we ordered a minibus and a taxi. This meant we were late for our event as we were short of lifts. Rang Swift and they were rude, unhelpful and weren't interested in assisting us. We will NOT be using them again. There are plenty of other decent taxi companies you can use round here.

Totally rubbish service booked a taxi for a certain time and never showed up rang them twice to complain and was told just cos u book a taxi for tht time don't mean it will come then and also told i should make sure I book it at reasonable time so I'm not late for work half is plenty of time for me to get there will never be using agin back to cresta for me

Excellent service. Quick, nice and polite drivers, operater friendly.

I asked for an estimated price, gave my post code and was told my trip will be £20, when I got in the taxi the driver said no to me giving him a post code after which I had to give him directions on how to get to my destination at half 4am when it was pitch black. I was then charged £34.20, after contacting the department I was told it was maybe my mistake, maybe theirs. I am absolutely appalled at the state of the service I was provided with, no apology, the driver said nothing. I will never be using this taxi service again.

Awful service. Worst taxi company ever. Taxi driver would not pick me up from the correct airport arrival terminal despite my booking. Airport runs and pick ups by Tiger are a big con in the way they are presented to customers. Tiger do not care nor listens to customer feedback, disgraceful service and an embarrassment to British Pakistanis all round....I can say for sure as I am British Pakistani
