    • These people told me it was a 20 minite wait for a taxi. 50 minites later still no taxi. I rang them back only to be told by a very rude lady that i will just have to wait. The customer service is terrible and their taxis turn up an hour late. Avoid this taxi service like the plague

    • Guy robbed me purse and claimed I owed him £35 for beer spilt in his taxi when had no beer in the taxi and still had no body contact me about getting my purse back

    • Highly recommend not to get a taxi from intime as their drivers are rude judgemental and lock you in the back for no reason trying to call police on mothers for no reason judgemental rude stupid headed drivers worst company to get a taxi from as drivers start on young mothers with kids with autism outrages taxi driver like this should be allowed to be driving at all disgusting!

    • Operators: unprofessional, rude and would not let you talk when making a complain. Management: They will apologies and say it will not happen again and then it happens again...thank you night shift operators for making a good day into miserable end. Management don't take action, but to calm situation will say "we will look into the matter".

    • Really bad service, I pre-booked a taxi several hours before for after midnight. I waited for additional 10 mins and taxi no show. I called the operator and was told the taxi came to pick up point and I didn't turn up. all surrounding buildings are closed and no where for me to go accept stand at the pick up location. So either I am invisible or intime taxi operator is lying.

    • I never leave bad reviews for businesses but on this ocassion the service provided has been so shocking I felt compelled to tell others so they do not encounter the same unprofessional experience. I booked a taxi 1 week in advance for an airport transfer at a fixed rate of £28. (This already included additional airport fees of £3 as discussed). This was confirmed once again when phoning upon the actual day of reservation and with the taxi driver himself on the phone pre pick up. The driver arrived 45minutes late and struggled to find us apparently, despite being at terminal 3 pick up point (the only bodies in the entire car park) and All United specialising in airport pick ups. He then got lost due to the motorway being closed and we had to use our own Google maps to guide him to our destination because he just kept going round in circles. Upon drop off I handed over £40 (two twenties and apologised for not having the
