    • Really poor, booked 3 days ahead then didn't turn up, when called I was told no idea when get to me, bad attitude when tried to get information, cancelled ride and they cancelled return trip without letting me know.

    • Very disappointed as a regular customer to be charged £20 from Langley to Cippenham. Will not be using the cab service ever again. 711 711 charged us £7 this guy charged us more than double- ridiculous. Will be using 711 711 from now on. Don't book compass unless you want to be ripped off.

    • Driver E42 / JAY. 711 is the best local taxi company in the area, my driver (as listed above) knew the ins and outs of his car which made for an interesting conversation. Upon choosing Uber for my lift this morning i was hit with a £17 fee for a £10 journey, this was following them not showing up to drop me to work and coming late, i arrived to work late as their driver went down the busiest road within slough during the school rush which was the opposite direction to which i requested. 711 explained their pricing system and that i should ONLY pay the £10 as they price per the shortest journey. The cars i have come accross using 711 are mainly AMG's etc, uber would be skodas and god knows what else. My driver also explained that you do get some bad drivers. if you simply call 711, ask them the price, and hand said money over upon exiting your car, you will not encounter any issues, be taxi smart as every company has terrible drivers but the company as a whole is very trustworthy.

    • Poor service. Made me wait for 35 minutes and lost my appointment being late. Made 4 calls to chase the taxi and been told less than one minute. Poor customer service.

    • Used Riveria in March for a collection to Heathrow with another collection on the way. For both journeys the drivers arrived on time with the right car for the luggage (cases plus a large snowboard case), the drivers helped load up and had the second address already programmed in. For the return journey our flight arrived 45 mins early so we thought we would have to hang around the airport but the driver called just as we were leaving customs to say that he had been monitoring flights and was there! Prices for both journeys were as agreed when we booked. Perfect service on both journeys. Plus - we left one of our ski helmets in the taxi on the outward journey, brand new and over £100. We thought we had lost it but Riviera kept it for us at their office and we collected it when we returned. I started using Riveria after a bad experience with another company and would now only ever use Riviera, always excellent service, with clean cars and polite and helpful drivers.
