Hendon Taxis been here for years only small firm working hard for the local community always a smile not like some lovely staff office and drivers x

Never had any problems with them theyre always friendly and come faster than other taxi firms

I like how they like going thought red light and the green Man is on show on west wear at next the echo 24

SHITE TAXI RANK PICK AND CHOOSE WHEN THEY WANT TO DO JOBS AND SAY NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES AWAY IS TOO FAR THEY ARE ALSO RUDE AND HAVE SHITE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WONT HE RINGING AGAIN THERE LOSS!!!!!

Charged different prices. I was charged more for tariff one journey than on Tariff two for the same journey. Think licensing need to look into this. Robbers

Can't recommend enough booked to go to the airport for 6 people taxi going out arrived on time good driver, good condition of taxi coming back we were delayed but kept them informed of time coming back again good chatty driver, good condition taxi. I paid up front so got £5 discount. Good service.

Very poor. I used the service almost every other week for a journey to durham station, however, the one time i needed to go the opposite way i was told i needed to pay a deposit over the phone. When i asked for a copy of the policy, initially i was told they would need to ask manager to send it, only for the manager to say the policy isn't in writing. V. Poor service and given GDPR have great concerns at any company asking people to provide full debit or credit card details over the phone, but especially when they are aware the person is in a public place...privacy by design completely lost on these people. Used station taxis instead, never once asked for deposit and arrived on time.

Booked a taxi several hours in advance. Taxi did not arrive. After 10 minutes I called to find out what was happening. When the operator took my call someone in the background said "been and gone", this was repeted by the operator. We were waiting on the doorstep. This company is incompetent and dishonest. This has happend to my parents, Dart who they took over were reliable. After this experience I will not be using this company again. If I could give less than one star I would. Because of their incompetence we were late for our meeting.

absolute rubbish of a company we were left stranded at Newcastle airport at 1 am after booking this bunch of idiots and confirming with them to pick us up. 8 times i rang them and no answer. we were told on our departure the call would be directed to the night driver and it never happened .It cost us £46 to get a airport taxi and their reason when i went in the next day was they had been confused about AM and PM and thought 12.55am as they had wrote on the booking was the afternoon,what a bunch of lowlifes this company is i am complaining to the licencing authority please do not use

Absolute disgrace sitting with my kids 8 years old exhausted after a family night in. Didnt turn up then accused me of not being outside waiting what a crock of s......Fuming will never use again women on phone needs a personality transplant. dont use !!!!!!!!!! No stars not even one!

Got told 1 hour, taxi turned up after 2 hrs 20 mins, following many calls to check up also! When taxi driver actually came, he couldn't care less!!

Terrible service! Was told our taxi would arrive in 10 minutes max. Waited half an hour them phoned up to be told that it was running late. 45 minutes later our taxi turned up, no apology and almost £13 for the pleasure, for a journey that should usually cost around £10. Not happy as we were waiting in the cold all this time. They should let you know and try to dispatch another taxi in these situations or at least take money off your fare!

Taxi to train station.

Booked a taxi with Lakeside which did not show up an hour later. Called to ask where the taxi was and it went straight to EE voicemail? After a while I got through and nobody spoke to me, I could hear one of the staff talking away in the background. I had to book another taxi from a separate company who arrived straight away. Rubbish!

This is my local taxi. Usually on time and provide an excellent service.

Allways one isn't there, book a 6 seater, get an 8 seater, how many vehicles are they supposed to run, fares are set by D.C.C., not by Adamson's taxis. Hope you got you're answer, proves you are so in the wrong.
