Taxis in WV4

I've been left waiting from 20minutes to an hour on NUMEROUS occasions and when they've just pit the prices up its not acceptable. Its not the drivers fault but the office is not passing them the jobs early enough despite phone calls to the office to remind them

Truly appalling service- couldnt find house, then took couple approximately 8 miles out of the way instead of taking direct route, then charged double the normal price on the premise that it was after 12 prices ( was at an 11.30 pick up). When I phoned to complain, hung up on me twice. Dreadful.

Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

Bad experience with ABC . Order Taxi an exclusive car but instead they tried send car which isn't exclusive and want to charged same as exclusive so cancelled but still got charged from my Bank account. Customer service is really bad they got excuses all the time ...

Driver was taking the Mickey ,asking questions about my sister and if she had any kids .thought he was something special

Booked a taxi via the automated service. Waited 55 mins, rebooked, tried to talk to someone, no one available. After another 15 nins, I decided to get a bus. Service poor, unreliable, wish I had read the reviews before i called 333333. Will never use again and suggest you don't too

Tried to book a wheelchair friendly cab - as per their website - Wheelchair friendly vehicles available. "We don't do wheelchair cabs!"

This company shouldnt be allowed to continue operating. They cheat their customers. Arrive late with no apology. The taxis was disgustingly dirty and stank of smoke. Would not recommend even if you desperate

i ordered a taxi for 7 people and they sent 2 taxis and they said it would come to £20 for them both my fried got in the one taxi and ended up paying £10 and i went in the other and said that i had to pay £20 when i explained that she had payed half and he wouldn't let me get out till i gave him the £20 i phoned this morning and explained and he was just rude

I normally have an OK service, some issues of punctuality up to 20 mins like he was tonight. The operators are excellent and very friendly and most of the drivers. However, I will never use the service again- the driver who I normally get on with called me a name another passenger who I work with was in the car at the time- I felt embarrassed and degraded. I pay for a service not degrading comments.

My experience of your drivers are very good punctual friendly no problems fair price just wanted to add the new driver on my return seemed upset and had a few problems he didn't even want to take a tip really . I would like this driver to stay within your company simply because he needs a break in life. I will be using this company in the future keep up the good work

Prebooked taxi and it arrived 15 minutes late after phoning once already. Even the driver was surprised how late it had been left but we did arrive just on time thanks to the driver.

Rude staff and unreliable service. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Booked a car for the end of a wedding at midnight, original fare £11. Called at 12.03am to be told our taxi was another 15 minutes away. Called at 12.23am when it had not arrived and was told another 15 minutes. Called at 12.49am when it still had not arrived to be told the driver had listed us as no-shows. Asked them to send another car, which arrived promptly but with a £29.70 fare. Called at 1.00am and was told this was a new job as their GPS showed the driver had been there. Got out the car and ordered an Uber, which is what you and anyone in the area should do instead. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use these charlatans for anything.

The worst taxi firm to come out of Wolverhampton, Don't waste your for advance bookings, as you will be waiting for pigs to fly the skies above; drivers moan about amount of drivers working for firm, and the £109 base fee they have to pay and duly over charge you ; to many unprofessional driver holding personal conversions, the list goes on. The council should do the right thing, and look into poorly run business which is allowed to expand without any problem at all, but at customers dismay

WOW!!!!!! Trained to overcharge and lie. I can not put NO stars. Asked for Executive pick up, paid for an Executive pick up. They confirmed a Mercedes E-Class or a BMW........ and then a Mazda turned up. Mazda.

Absolutely amazing service. Our flight was very delayed and sent to east mids instead of Birmingham. From the moment we landed at East Midlands I had a call to reassure us once we were transferred to Birmingham someone would be there. Checked in on us again. Got to Birmingham. Driver was there and waiting. Very polite helped with luggage. Lovely drive back. Thank you all so much. 100% recommend

Today, when I book a taxi through the app, the app shows 13£ on my trip. The driver took £20 for me after I finished the trip. very bad service. I called the office and I have a conversation with them and they didnt listen to my request and just phone hang up. Very bad service

Terrible company will never use again staff rude

Poor experience with driver, who was in the left hand lane, cutting across a lane trying to go right and insisted he was correct (admitted he was wrong after) Then rang the company and was told we went into him because the driver had lied about the incident despite admitting fault to us at the road side. Wouldn't trust a company that employs liars and scum like that.

I had a taxi on Saturday 3rd June for a 50th birthday ECC sports & social Wolverhampton. I phoned them at 11.40pm to book a taxi for my return at 1am. 1am came & they didn't turn up, so phoned them back & said that they were running late & will be 20 mins. I said I'd pre-booked & shouldn't of been late as I was on my own, didn't seem bothered so I said ok & put phone down & carried on waiting, at this point there wasn't many people around & by 1.10am I was on my own in not the best areas a bit scary. At 1.20am I phoned back to say taxi still hadn't turned up & they said to me because I put the phone down the taxi had been cancelled never told me & I was left with nothing to pick me up. I'm utterly disgusted with the way they treated me leaving a vulnerable women on her own. I have used Alpha taxis in Willenhall for years but will never use them again after this they don't deserve my custom. Disgraceful!!!!!

Taxi never arrived, despite pre booking. Nobody called to let me know there was a problem, was very late to my appointment.

Reasonable price, very smart vehicle used for pick up and didnt take long after ordering to arrive.

There was NO long waiting (in fact they came very fast), driver was friendly, taxi was clean and smelled great. Service was excellent and I will be using them again.

I booked a taxi an hour before travel and it was confirmed.An hour later I waited in the freezing cold with my mom who has Alzheimers for a further 35 minutes whilst calling the company five times to ask where the taxi was.I missed my train because of this too.They would not give me any information about how long the taxi would be except to keep repeating that the driver was on his way.He had not arrived 40 minutes later.I spoke to 4 different people and 1 twice.DONOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE.

I pre booked and pre paid for a taxi in the early hours of a sunday morning. After waiting ten minutes after the original booking time i rang 247 to be told it was 5 minutes away which was a lie. I rang again after another 15 minutes to be told they were just very busy but it would be 5 minutes. Maybe at 247 they have different concepts of 5 minutes to the rest of us. I dont expect to be told how busy they are when they offer a pre paid service for a booking time. They should be on time or at least close. 50 minutes late is totally unnacceptable. I put in an official complaint yet have had numerous lies that the staff arent in to deal with it. A partial refund would of sufficed and i probably would of used them again however now i will never use them again and advise everyone else to avoid them if you want your taxi to be on time and honest with you.
