The guys were brilliant, gave us a free quote and were helpful from start to finish. Started when they said they would and even finished ahead of schedule. Quality work whilst being the lowest price we could find. Would highly recommend!!

We were lucky to find Michael who came to us to paint our garage door, but despite it being a small job he did it personally, and with painstaking skill. Also, was able to suggest how to solve other problems. A perfectionist, faultless in execution being extremely neat and tidy, and a very nice man too. We recommend him wholeheartedly.

I have used Michael Rose Painting & Decorating Services for several projects in our home and would highly recommend Michael and his team. They completely redecorated our hall, stairs and landing to a very high standard. We were delighted with the end result. When we unexpectedly had a water leak from pipes in our loft during the project, Michael quickly dealt with the matter by hiring a dehumidifier to dry out the damp area on the ceiling. He ensured that stains were removed and paintwork completed thoroughly to provide an excellent finish. He also dealt efficiently with a separate damp stain on the living room ceiling caused by a shower leak by applying a stain stop and repainting the problem area to a high standard. Michael is courteous, very approachable and trustworthy. He is a great project manager and keeps in regular communication on the status of each project. I would highly recommend Michael and his team.

I hired Michael Rose Painting & Decorating Services to do quite a bit of work including painting my hall and stairs and the front of my house, porch and windows etc. Michael himself is a lovely man, very honest and hard working, really decent with morals, which was a breath of fresh air compared to previous traders I've used, his small team were unbelievable too, they all really went that extra mile, I would definitely use them again and simply can't recommend them enough.

David has redecorated a tricky loft conversion for us this week to an very high standard. He is a perfectionist and totally meticulous. The result was far better than we could ever have expected. I've had people before who were not respectful of my house, treating it like it was a building site - untidy and cavalier. Not Mr Ryan and crew! - they were respectful, tidy, careful, and very conscientious. Did a lovely job. I have no qualms about recommending

Third Generation were decorating a property next door and I asked Richard for an estimate for my lounge, dining area, hall landing and stairs. Richard quoted a reasonable price and gave us a date he could start. He was very thorough in his preparation as the stairwell had never been painted in 15 years since the house was built and he took time to fill and sand down to a lovely finish. He was tidy, accurate and did a fantastic job. He also wallpapered my main wall and it looks like one piece of paper it is so good. We were really really pleased with the end result and invited Richard back to paint our bedroom which he has just finished, Richard is courteous, a good timekeeper, an excellent painter and decorator and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends. Thank you Richard for two great jobs we are very happy.

I have had Steve twice now, the first time was painting the outside of my house in 2019 and the second job was painting the whole of the inside, which he has just completed. It was a big job and took him about five weeks to complete. I must say the finished work is exceptional. The preparation and painting is outstanding and had transformed the feel of the house. Steve is polite, easy to work with, is very punctual and communicates with you about any aspects of the job that need it. I would highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Steve did an excellent job of painting out external walls this summer: his work was to a fantastic standard and was completed on time. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to return to paint our living room. Again, a job completed to an excellent standard, on time and reasonably priced. Painting of kitchen and livingroom including woodwork and ceiling. As someone how has to make their money go that bit further I'm very glad I plumped for AFL. Andrew's company is certainly not the cheapest (or cheap), but in this case you get what you pay for, a real feeling of reassurance from the moment you get the initial quote, right through to the finish of the job. No sinking feelings or worries, just the warm glow of satisfaction at having made the right choice from the outset. No worrying about shortcuts being taken or things being done on the cheap. The decorators were punctual, clean and tide and completely transformed the room.

Exterior decoration of house. The work was to decorate the exterior of our house. This was carried out to a very high standard. The team, Sunny and Patrick, arrived early each day and worked steadily to complete the work, no hassle. Excellent communication - Andrew Farkas would let me know evenings what would happen the next day. The job was carried out to budget, 1/2 paid when the job was 1/2 done, the balance on completion. The only thing that went "wrong" was that the replacement downpipe was installed so that I couldn't remove the drain grid for cleaning or rodding the drain, should that be necessary. Andrew had that sorted out within a couple of days, so the problem was quickly resolved. I am happy to give Andrews Farkas top marks.
