Painting was fine but unfortunately far to much splash marks over cooker, table tops, floor.

Andy and Lewis painted the outside of my house. I chose them as Andy had previously painted the interior to a very high standard and his price was very competitive. Again he did a superb job and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others - indeed relatives are using him shortly. He was excellent in every respect - quality of work, reliability, friendly and positive manner and keeping me informed of progress throughout.

Well, after reading a few reviews, they are really everything that I would say. Vince is truly a lovely pleasant man, on time, you can trust him if you go out, no mess he has done a lovely job on my hall and lounge/ kitchen. I would definitely recommend him to anyone one who wants a professional job doing. Nothing too much trouble for him, moved my tv back every day, put my curtains back up, cleaned my windows and even offered to put my frames back on walls. I heard about Vince from my neighbours so booked him in for some decorating of my porch and stripping and varnishing my inner door. All I can say is Vince is an old school professional and really knows his trade. He is a fountain of knowledge and guided us in terms of colours and trends. Third Generation were decorating a property next door and I asked Richard for an estimate for my lounge, dining area, hall landing and stairs. Richard quoted a reasonable price and gave us a date he could start. He was very thorough in his preparation as the stairwell had never been painted in 15 years since the house was built and he took time to fill and sand down to a lovely finish. He was tidy, accurate and did a fantastic job. He also wallpapered my main wall and it looks like one piece of paper it is so good. We were really really pleased with the end result and invited Richard back to paint our bedroom which he has just finished, Richard is courteous, a good timekeeper, an excellent painter and decorator and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends. Thank you Richard for two great jobs we are very happy.

Steve decorated our hall stairs and landing. He is friendly and very professional in his work and nothing was to much trouble.

I have had Steve twice now, the first time was painting the outside of my house in 2019 and the second job was painting the whole of the inside, which he has just completed. It was a big job and took him about five weeks to complete. I must say the finished work is exceptional. The preparation and painting is outstanding and had transformed the feel of the house. Steve is polite, easy to work with, is very punctual and communicates with you about any aspects of the job that need it. I would highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Steve did an excellent job of painting out external walls this summer: his work was to a fantastic standard and was completed on time. I recently employed David Gemmell to decorate the inside and outside of my brothers house in Prestwick. As I live down south I could only rely on telephone conversations as the job progressed. My brother went on holiday during the job so David was provided with a set of keys to allow him to work without interruption. The job was completed in good time to a very high standard. Having now seen the completed work for myself I would have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone who wants a job done professionally. Painting of kitchen and livingroom including woodwork and ceiling. As someone how has to make their money go that bit further I'm very glad I plumped for AFL. Andrew's company is certainly not the cheapest (or cheap), but in this case you get what you pay for, a real feeling of reassurance from the moment you get the initial quote, right through to the finish of the job. No sinking feelings or worries, just the warm glow of satisfaction at having made the right choice from the outset. No worrying about shortcuts being taken or things being done on the cheap. The decorators were punctual, clean and tide and completely transformed the room.

Exterior decoration of house. The work was to decorate the exterior of our house. This was carried out to a very high standard. The team, Sunny and Patrick, arrived early each day and worked steadily to complete the work, no hassle. Excellent communication - Andrew Farkas would let me know evenings what would happen the next day. The job was carried out to budget, 1/2 paid when the job was 1/2 done, the balance on completion. The only thing that went "wrong" was that the replacement downpipe was installed so that I couldn't remove the drain grid for cleaning or rodding the drain, should that be necessary. Andrew had that sorted out within a couple of days, so the problem was quickly resolved. I am happy to give Andrews Farkas top marks.
