I have had Steve twice now, the first time was painting the outside of my house in 2019 and the second job was painting the whole of the inside, which he has just completed. It was a big job and took him about five weeks to complete. I must say the finished work is exceptional. The preparation and painting is outstanding and had transformed the feel of the house. Steve is polite, easy to work with, is very punctual and communicates with you about any aspects of the job that need it. I would highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Steve did an excellent job of painting out external walls this summer: his work was to a fantastic standard and was completed on time. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to return to paint our living room. Again, a job completed to an excellent standard, on time and reasonably priced. Steves technical knowledge and attention to detail is so useful and what makes him stand out above other painters. Wed have no hesitation in recommending him to others!

I've been using this company on and off for years for all my interior and exterior decorating. He has always been extremely polite and friendly. I don't actually live in the property that he tends to for me but his communication is brilliant and he always emails pictures of the job and sends invoices promptly. I cannot fault him at all. Excellent! I have had 3 rooms done by Ashley. The work he had done is perfect. He's a really nice guy, very easy to talk to. He gives you and individual price for each room then prints out a receipt at the end. He very professional and so is his work. I'm going to get him to come back and do my landing.

Jim has just completed an external redecoration job for us. He has transformed the rear of our house. The quality of the work is first class, and his attention to detail and considerate approach gave us confidence from day 1. Third Generation were decorating a property next door and I asked Richard for an estimate for my lounge, dining area, hall landing and stairs. Richard quoted a reasonable price and gave us a date he could start. He was very thorough in his preparation as the stairwell had never been painted in 15 years since the house was built and he took time to fill and sand down to a lovely finish. He was tidy, accurate and did a fantastic job. He also wallpapered my main wall and it looks like one piece of paper it is so good. We were really really pleased with the end result and invited Richard back to paint our bedroom which he has just finished, Richard is courteous, a good timekeeper, an excellent painter and decorator and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends. Thank you Richard for two great jobs we are very happy.

Well, after reading a few reviews, they are really everything that I would say. Vince is truly a lovely pleasant man, on time, you can trust him if you go out, no mess he has done a lovely job on my hall and lounge/ kitchen. I would definitely recommend him to anyone one who wants a professional job doing. Nothing too much trouble for him, moved my tv back every day, put my curtains back up, cleaned my windows and even offered to put my frames back on walls. He left after finishing the job leaving my house clean and tidy. So if you need a decorator Vince is your man. Thanks again Vince

I heard about Vince from my neighbours so booked him in for some decorating of my porch and stripping and varnishing my inner door. All I can say is Vince is an old school professional and really knows his trade. He is a fountain of knowledge and guided us in terms of colours and trends. I have used Michael Rose Painting & Decorating Services for several projects in our home and would highly recommend Michael and his team. They completely redecorated our hall, stairs and landing to a very high standard. We were delighted with the end result. When we unexpectedly had a water leak from pipes in our loft during the project, Michael quickly dealt with the matter by hiring a dehumidifier to dry out the damp area on the ceiling. He ensured that stains were removed and paintwork completed thoroughly to provide an excellent finish. He also dealt efficiently with a separate damp stain on the living room ceiling caused by a shower leak by applying a stain stop and repainting the problem area to a high standard. Michael is courteous, very approachable and trustworthy. He is a great project manager and keeps in regular communication on the status of each project.
